We’re very sorry for your experience and the confusion caused.
Unfortunately, while we do stock these roofing sheets, we were unable to arrange delivery to the Shetland Islands at a feasible cost. Due to the location and transport limitations, the shipping charges from our carriers were significantly higher than expected, which meant we could not supply the order in a practical way.
We understand how frustrating it must have been to be told there was no stock available, and we apologise for the miscommunication on our part. We should have explained the situation more clearly.

The experience was great
The experience was great. From the outset, Roofing Outlet confirmed they had exactly what I needed and were very efficient regarding stock and delivery timelines. While the delivery company let them down, they stepped in and resolved the issue quickly. This demonstrated a high level of customer value and accountability. I will definitely use them again and highly recommend their services.

4 UK10 electric velux blinds.
Order 4 blinds only 2 turned up. Sent 2 emails to no avail. Although they turned up on the Monday it would have been nice to have a bit of communication back.

As the item could not be fulfilled, a full refund was issued via PayPal. We understand this process may not have been as smooth as expected, and we apologise for the inconvenience caused.

Tekcryl roofing compound 20kg tins
I need to take care of an elderly customer, she didn't need the expense of a replacement flat roof but hers is showing signs of splits & age. Best price I found anywhere was on Roofing Outlet - arrives a couple of days later, I was very impressed with the packaging - very thick cardboard box with a heavy duty cap and base within. I ordered 3 x20kg tins and no dents.. Just spot on. I'm waiting for a warmer dry spell to brush this onto the 55m sq roof. Incidentally, I saw a similar compound in Wickes for £208 per tin ffs!! Go with Roofing Outlet, easy website and simple to order.
