Cladding goes moldy
We bought the composite cladding for a dorma. We chose the whitish colour to match the monacoche render we have. We needed something maintenance free an were assured it was. Within weeks it started to go moldy. The rep came out and game me a tub of cleaner. It worked temporarily and the mold soon came back. The whole lot needs ripping off and putting in the bin. Total waste of money.

Faded & stained after 2.5 years
Decking has been down for just over 2.5 years, badly faded, stained and many boards no longer anywhere near the same length as they started. Company response? I should have cleaned more often (fully cleaned twice a year and regularly swept to remove debris). More concerned with me proving I had purchased their recommended cleaner (which incidentally I had) than offering any further solution. Very poor and customer support anything but supportive. Would I use them again? Hell no.

Having reviewed your previous correspondence with our Customer Support team, the decking itself doesn’t appear to show signs of a manufacturing fault. As discussed at the time, the boards are installed beneath trees, which means they are more susceptible to organic debris, algae growth and staining. In these conditions, composite decking typically requires more frequent cleaning than installations in open, unobstructed areas, even when the recommended decking cleaner is used.
Our team requested confirmation of the cleaner used purely to help assess whether the correct maintenance method had been followed, not to dismiss your concerns. We appreciate that you have undertaken regular cleaning, and we’re sorry that this hasn’t achieved the result you were hoping for.
While we understand you’re unhappy with the outcome, based on the information and images provided, the decking has performed as expected, given the environmental conditions it has been exposed to. We regret that this experience has left you feeling unsupported, as that is never our intention.

Spent ages researching, phoned and spoke with team who were always really helpful. Was told explicitly that when you enter sizes into roofing calculator it allows for the ridge upstand that you have make - it doesn’t!!!
Also when you add eaves drip option on calculator by clicking ‘yes’, when you add the order to basket it doesn’t bring it across!
Order arrived delivery, guy was great and very careful with sheets - however - no eaves drip, shorter then expected, missing items (screws, mastic, tape etc) and 4 sheets scratched!!
Honestly very angry and disappointed. Just be warned there is an obvious fault with the calculator and website and staff/company doesn’t care!!

I ordered some flashings to be made and received a drawing that confirmed was correct. What was delivered was totally different and was not useable. When I mentioned this they were very unhelpful. I would not recommend.

Terrible product
Terrible product, if you want outdoor decking do not purchase from Cladco , marks, stains even with outdoor furniture, complained 2 years ago and still warning people off this product , crap, it doesn’t even clean up well with a gentle scrub as advised, do not buy, spend another 2 or 3 quid for a decent quality deck board from somewhere else

Having reviewed the details from your previous correspondence with our Customer Support Team, the issues you experienced began after the boards became heavily marked and were cleaned using a pressure washer on a high setting. While composite decking is low‑maintenance, using a pressure washer above the recommended setting or holding it too close can cause lasting surface damage, discolouration, and increased marking. All of this aligns with what was reported at the time.

I spent thousands with them on cladding…
I spent thousands with them on cladding and tried to order some window trims wanted £160 delivery wouldn't put them in a box so I could get them collected or send via courier.... Need to order another roof and won't be ordering it here... sorry but £160 delivery on £140 order is not OK I could have got it collected and delvered for less than £40!

We completely understand your frustration regarding the delivery cost for the trims. These trims are long‑length items and, for safety and to prevent damage in transit, they can’t be boxed or sent via standard couriers. This means they must be shipped via our specialist vehicles, which unfortunately does result in a higher delivery charge, even on smaller orders. Depending on availability, customers are also welcome to arrange a collection of their goods from either of our UK depots.
As a returning customer, we appreciate that this isn’t the outcome you were hoping for, and we’re sorry this has left you feeling disappointed.

Exceptional customer service and superb…
Exceptional customer service and superb produts.
Bought roof profile for a shed and it was cut to size perfectly, moreover it was well protected for transportation . Last Autumn 2025 we also purchased decking and went to collect it from Okehampton, Devon.
There was a problem with the order, however this company went to extraordinary lengths to immediately fix -( Probably the best customer service we have EVER experienced) , to remove the 'splinter' and were very swift to do so.
The Cladco decking is superb. So good to see a UK company thriving , not only on it's quality products and also it's reputation. Thank you to all your staff.

After using online searches I decided to try Cladco. I ordered samples, which were free. They were delivered speedily and well wrapped. There was also a brochure in the pack which was very useful. Our project will not be starting until March but we're pretty certain that we will use the light grey woodgrain effect fibre cement option.

Only ordered a sample but the store was very help full. The sample took a long time to arrive as they use the courier Evri by the time it arrived we had nearly gone elsewhere.
