I was on a sticky situation where I needed tiles quickly. I spoke to sales unfortunately when I purchased them it was a five day wait so I cancelled them. They called me back and said they could get them to me this week. They came the next day 100% going to be using them again the sales rep went above and beyond for me can’t thank him enough

Ordered velux windows online Sunday. Arrived as scheduled Thursday morning. Good price (+free delivery) Only negative was lack of update re delivery but rang & this was cleared up. All in very competetive pricing & very helpful. Note. Office closes 3.30pm so dont leave it late if you need to contact.

Materials were short and still hasn’t arrived. I had a job 100 miles away. Need four drums only at 3 to run around to find another one when I should’ve had 4 drums and not3 caused lots of problems to get the job finished

I phoned roofing outlet to make sure they had the velux windows and facias in that I needed. The phone call was answered quickly and professionally. The person confirmed they were in stock and said delivery would take three days. Three days later and they were delivered with no delivery charges added. Brilliant company to do business with
