It is fantastic when it works, but keep losing my saved projects and a banner asking me to upgrade covering my home page!

Definitely a good app for interior .

The software program does not work well. I had it take a blueprint and convert it into their 3D model. It put in 2 interior overlapping walls (that didn't always line up), one for each adjoining room. The corners would not line up and I could not delete one of the walls. In addition, adding trim is tedious. Other programs I've used can do trim automatically. Very time consuming and doesn't work well.

This app is terrible. I uploaded builder-grade floor plans and it couldn't even generate accurate renderings. I felt mislead about the pricing but when I was charged for an entire year, I thought I'd make the best of it and give it a fair chance. Every time, I make changes to the 2D floorplans, it glitches and I can no longer see it in 3D mode.

This app is awful and useless and they charged me for a full year!! Made it seem that is was a week long trial and then I was out the fee for a full year when I tried to cancel!!

Fake trial, 50 euros charged! The UX pushes you into an option and after you cant have your refund. Pure pure scam, and the system is terrible, I tried to upload a simple 3D and the convertion was absolute awfull. DO NOT SPEND YOUR TIME with it, even your money!

I hated this program. It's nearly impossible and definitely not intuitive to move walls and change the dimensions of a room. I wrote to the company multiple times, and they refused to refund my money because I had "used the pro features." But how else is one supposed to determine if the product is garbage without testing it? Total waste of $20 and hours of my time.

I subscribed to Planner 5D on the web and this has been one of the most frustrating subscription experiences I’ve ever had. There is NO way to cancel my subscription or update my card in the account billing page, the options simply don’t exist. The billing dashboard only shows features and upgrades, with no cancel or payment method controls at all.

I spent a long time searching and the only way to cancel is by contacting support directly, which is ridiculous for a paid service. This is awful UX and feels intentionally difficult. I expected basic functionality like “change card” or “cancel subscription” instead, I’m stuck until support responds. Very disappointed with Planner 5D’s billing system.

They have repeatedly declined my refund request after the auto sub took my money without notice. Even via the apple App Store they wont issue a refund. Monday scammers.

The app itself is not great either, the floorpan import created weird false walls making future edits impossible. The whole system is clunky and certainly not refined for the price you pay.

Similar to other reviews I feel I was misled regarding the free trial. At signup the message was : we'll send you a reminder ahead of billing. No reminder, billed full amount, refusing refund but have offered partial refund.

The product seemed good went you were trialing it. And basic functions are ok. Its easy to use, although it does lack some refinement. However after getting the Pro version the rendering went terrible. It was very fast when trialing the product, but a soon as they got my subscription it just when bad. It would take a long time to render....like days...and then pich the wrong place and even if you had a few cameras selected for walkthrough it would only do 1 or 2 in the final render. I think they put all their processing power into those people trialing to suck them in, and then lower the functionality once your money is taken. You also cant delete projects. they are always archived, sometimes you just want to delete.

Product works fantastic, you get what you expect. Price is fine IMO and they are customer-oriented. So all great!! :)

This is a good app for designing however I signed up for a month and was charged for a year upfront. One year later it is now proving very challenging to cancel. I have reached out to their helpdesk bot.

Did the 7 day trail and they automatically charged me for a year with no warning. Terrible program, I didn't want it. Check with Apple and they won't refund my money. Don't get scammed like I did, look at other options, there is better things out there and companies that are more reputable.

I signed up for Planner 5D’s advertised “7‑day free trial.” Their own instructions say “no charges will be incurred initially” and that the automatic charge only happens after the 7‑day trial period

. Based on that, I set a reminder to cancel on the 7th day. To my surprise, the company charged my card one hour after day seven and refused to issue a full refund. Only after quoting EU law did support offer a partial discount. It turns out their refund policy requires cancelling 24 hours before the trial ends
planner5d.com, but this requirement is buried in a separate document and never mentioned during checkout. In other words, the trial period isn’t really seven days, and you won’t get a reminder. I felt misled by this contradictory information and cannot recommend this service. If you decide to try it, be prepared to cancel well before the end of the week—or expect an unexpected €400 charge.
