I wanted to use this service for a couple of weeks, therefore purchased a MONTHLY subscription. 2 weeks later, -400 euros is billed off my creditcard, for an annual subscription.

I was charged the monthly subscription fee BEFORE the 7 day trial was up.

Also, I tried to scan my room and to further progress, was going to be charged again to get any output from the app. I have canceled my subscription and will work with my credit card company to deny the subscription charge.

Inputting a floor plan(2D) to 3D transformation works great, but messes up with adding the furniture that is already in the floorplan. Also I would love exploring the addition of floor plans that are in different languages(it recognizes them, but changed the living room with the bedroom somehow). Other than that I am quite happy with my testing session and have explored a B2B solution to use in a Real Estate application.

They sold me on a free 7 day trial so I could test the product, they charged me $50 on day 1 and refused to acknowledge or refund the money. Because this is fraud, I got the money back but this type of unethical business management usually means they will continue to do this to as many people as possible. watch your credit cards with this company.

The AI is not helpful as only give advice but can´t do things in the project, the variety in fixtures, pieces of furniture and tools are worse and poorer than a free program like homebyme. Iv'e just paid 60€ for an anual suscription but it not worth it. Chat GPT gives better advice for free.

My son was charged 399 dollars from this site.

SCAM!!! Apple are also endorsing this Scam Company and will not give a refund, it says very clearly take a free trial and cancel within one day of it expiring, well I clicked trial then went to my subscribe menu to cancel the free trial to find they already instantly took the money £59.99, I reported the problem to Apple and also investigated the company to find that this was an o going thing that they did, I gave them the link to others that had there money stolen and still they refused a refund, you can’t get in touch with these people so I’ll take it on the face and I’ll make sure that the money stole from me will cost them a 1000 times what it cost me by the time I plaster this over my social media sites which runs in to tens of thousands, They are Thief’s and Apple you have done your self out of a lot of money, a new iPhone a new iPad a new iMac , well guess what I’ll hold off another few years.
So please people stay clear and Vito this app, the Software is rubbish also, can’t even change certain colours of room walls when you ask it. Scam Scam Scam!!!

Charged €50 without any warning for a month subscription. App is very limited and complex to use. No Obvious way to cancel within web app.

I want my money back. This is a pure scam!! Once I registered they just showed me options for free trial available and no payment if you active free trial and you can cancel anytime. However, surprisingly they charged me £19 which a complete ripping off. I haven’t even used the app as I didn’t like it. I want my money back. Please refund my money.

I really like this tool. Having downloaded a number of different ones, I found it very intuitive and easy to use. The only thing that I found a bit tricky was in 3d mode, the angles were hard to get right to do a "walkthrough" but overall, it saved me a lot of time and hassle. My builders were impressed too- they wanted to know where I got it - no expensive "architectural drawings" needed for me. Also, very good customer service- it accidentally autosubscribed me but they refunded me straight away, major plus in my book. I would definitely recommend this tool.

I wanted to try it before paying and they claim to have a free subscription. Well they do not have a free subscription at all, it is a lie. They want you to subscribe and pay a minimum of $19/month. And you must pay it straight away.

You have just lost a user who could subscribe if he likes it but for a start I do not want to give my money to anyone who lies.

It gets all your name and email address first and then show you only can use trial version when you give credit card details even if you don't want to go further. it's scam

This is a total scam. I signed up for the free trial, never used it in the first place because it was not good, and then they failed to send any updates or warnings that they were about to charge me €399 a week later until it was done. I’ve requested a refund on the SAME DAY they charged my card and they said they’d give me a discount. I don’t want a discount, I don’t ever want to use this product and I would like my €399 back. I canceled my subscription, I’ve no intention on using this at all. There is zero justification for them keeping my money. They have provided zero services.

Please people don’t download or even attempt to sign up to the free trail I’ve just been billed £399 have only having the trail for an hour and cancelling the subscription. I’ve been onto the website and can’t find anything to contact the customer services.

This software is nearly useless. It offers only a small number of models, and to even try it, you're forced into a week-long trial. Canceling this subscription is intentionally difficult, and you are charged almost immediately after the trial ends. Getting a full refund is nearly impossible.

Do not recommend

I purchased the tool and realized that it was incorrectly rendering the dimensions of my floorplan - no matter how hard I tried to follow the steps they provided.

The furniture and customizations provided were also cheap and of poor quality - like the Sims from the early 2000's.

Within 20minutes of purchasing the year-long subscription I cancelled and requested a refund and was fed a line about the transfer of digital software. This isn't software that I downloaded that I can continue to use - this is access to an online tool that I no longer have access to. The fact that they're keeping ALL my money, regardless of the fact that I no longer have access is poor form. This is not at all my typical experience with professional, high-quality software. So I do not recommend for both the product and their customer service.

Signed up to a 'free' trial and opted for the monthly option which is £20 a month which says would be charged 25th September. Within 10 minutes of using the app got charged £20! Currently disputing with Apple. The app itself isnt that good either. Uploaded 1 floor plan, when I tried to upload another it kept failing. This app is a scam and should be banned from the app store.

Just to add I reported to Apple and they did refund me, so obviously agreed that this company is taking money fraudulently.

Outrageously ruthless free trial - promised to warn me when near end of 7 days but did not do so and debited £120. Refused to refund even when immediately requested.
Not a useful app and paying for nothing.

Scam-ish pricing policies
I had a premium account for the last 2 years (which is very expensive depending on the poor performance but ok). I have completed my project and I don't need it for now.
I tried several times to change my subscription to free tier but they keep trying to charge me.
Thanks god, I used my monzo.
However, I was very disappointed by their policies.

This is the shittiest most useless platform. I was shocked at the poor interface. How difficult it is to use. They advertise AI features but it’s rubbish. My trial lapsed and they charged me $400. I asked to cancel it as soon as I got notified and they refused. They offered to charge me a monthly fee instead but refused to refund me. This is a scam they’re running. Pls. Stay away.
