Very good service, very happy

I ordered my son a pair of cruches for his Christmas, he really wanted some customised ones. He was so looking forward to them, but when they came, they were the wrong size. The “returns” email on the website is incorrect and the domain name could not be found. Therefore a return and correction could not be made. Not great.

Edit: Again, not a great response, I have the returned emails to prove that the return address doesn’t work. Also, the crutches sent don’t fit a 5 foot 4 inch person. If you’d have directly emailed me to resolve the issue after the review, then I might have even considered changing my review status, instead you choose to become defensive, claim I’m wrong and do nothing. Quite frustrating, instead of becoming defensive, accept the mistake and try to correct it!
