Can i get a reply about the money you told me was getting refunded but has never been received?

Or do i need to contact the bank etc

I arranged to go in to glasgow for a free no obligation consultation . Yous then requested a £100 deposit that would be refunded if i didnt go ahead with the treatment or if i did go ahead with treatment it would be deducted frim the price . However after booking yous then said that the £100 would not be refunded and when i arrived the time agreed on the phone was diffrent from what was booked i had to wait 1 hour to be seen and when seen i was quoted for full price on implants and crowns . I already have my in plants in and you advised me that you would not honour the warranty on the my inplants . You cant charge someone for a service that you are not supplying . And you cant offer a free no obligation consultaion and then try and charge a fee for the consultation . I would have had truly supply my crowns but not whilst being ripped off .

Staff and telephone conversations were informative, explained everything thoroughly, answered all questions. Put my mind at ease, have already recommended the company to a few friends who are also interested in the procedures you have to offer and at a great price

I had an excellent experience with Truly Dental Leeds. Dr Mahmoud Ferag was my implant surgeon and I couldn’t have been happier with the care I received. He was professional, experienced and reassuring throughout the whole procedure, and I felt I was in very safe hands.

The entire team were wonderful too kind, welcoming and supportive from the beginning. Everything was explained clearly and I was looked after extremely well before, during and after my treatment.

A special thank you to Dr Mahmoud and the whole team for making what could have been a stressful experience feel so comfortable. I would highly recommend them.

Just had my initial consultation with everything explained by Moyra at Glasgow branch.
Clear and plan explained and competitively priced. Next stage soon for scans etc

I've only had 1 appointment so far but at that appointment I was made very welcome. The girls at the reception desk were lovely. Sergio whom I spoke to about my journey was very helpful and explained fully and in straight forward way, with no technical jargon, just how things would proceed on my journey to a lovely brilliant smile.
