The worst experience, Now IRS and PayPal doesn't want to help me, even thou I paid on time my taxes, and I am paying my debt to PayPal on time. No answer from them, I called and for 2 hrs I was waiting for a customer service representative, and nothing happened, the hang-up on me, I called back next day and they hang-up again, my transaction was done on 12.03.2021 and until 02.03.2022 the money still missing from their part. Nobody answers my e-mail, phone calls.

Do not submit any money to this company. I sent in $19,431.18 through their website on 12/18/21. I am getting a letter from IRS on 1/29/22 stating they have not received any payment from me and they can levy my home and my money by 1/31/22. I am so upset. Nothing I can do on the weekend, IRS and this company will not open for business until Monday at 7am. This company never returned my calls or countless ways I tried reaching them on 12/18/21 to verify my payment or any days after. They do not realize, they can risk me and my family becoming homeless. Anyone reading this, please avoid this company. If you read the BBB on them, they have a "F".

I, like everyone else, have not had my tax payment transferred to my irs account. My emails never get answered, calls always go unanswered. I even went as far as disputing with my credit card company. They came back and sided with payusatax, because I did make the charge. After speaking with the irs again yesterday, they stated that the money was issued to the wrong account and that payusatax has to make the corrections. WTH! This is the worst company ever

I was on hold for 5.5 hours on 1/24/2022 and 3 hours on 1/25/2022. No one answer the calls or emails sent. They keep billing my account every month after my balance was paid to the IRS 3 months ago. Please help

DO NOT USE PAYUSATAX.COM. I was on hold for over two hours with no answer. They never applied my payment of $400 to my taxes since 09/05/21, this is ridiculous because they are listed on the IRS website to use, they should get involved and assist with all of these payments.

Made a payment and it was NOT credited against my IRS account even though the money was taken from my bank account. I cannot get in touch with them to straighten this out. I have been on hold multiple times for over two hours each and had to give up. Sent them an email and no response.

I have been waiting on hold for 5 hours and after reading these reviews I am going to give up and hang up.

Please don't use this agency. Only use IRS Direct Pay!
I made a $180 payment through them 2 weeks ago and it still haven't posted to my account and from the reviews I have read it probably never will (Wished I had of read reviews on this agency before using them) I paid two previous payments by mail they showed up in my IRS account in four days as paid. The PayUSATax is electronic it should of showed as paid in at least 24 - 48 hours or less, I would think, but absolutely nothing of my payment through them. I am glad I paid through Paypal so at least they don't have my card number and I had Paypal to cancel automatic payments to these scammers. I just made a payment through IRS Direct Payment and immediately I received an option to print out my receipt and an email confirmation of my payment, etc. Like a legitimate company would do. Moving forward I will only be using IRS Direct Pay in the future! No third parties!

I have called several times an no answer ..on hold for several hours...also sent two emails no respond..I want the transaction with them cancelled...will have to go thru my bank...Poor to no customer service

Paid taxes via payusatax payment taken but not received by the IRS. No response to numerous emails and unable to get through on phone. Avoid at all costs

Terrible. Like other customers, they do not answer phones EVER. Call center opens at 7AM central - start call then and on hold for 12 hours until they disconnect and say closed for the day. Sent 2 emails and have never heard back.

payusatax is terrible been on hold for 12 hours at a time several times i used then to pay my 2290 highway use tax I R S sent me 2 notices stating it has not been paid payusatax customer service is horribls DO NOT USE THEM

I paid for my taxes in April 26, this week, october 25 I received a notice from IRS saying that I owe the total amount of my taxes + 6 months of penalties. Been trying to contact PayUSAtax but absolutelly no answers. No e-mail answered and I am already on a 3 hours wait on the phone. I don't even know what to do anymore

I am trying to reach them for 19 days with no answer! I've sent a few emails, called, no answer. Keep away from this company. I have paid my taxes on 09/15 and until now (1 month later) didn't appear on the IRS account.
