Payusatax 

I paid my 1099 irs tax payment thru payusatax on February 22 2023, I've been checking my IRS account since and it has not been credited. and today March 6,2023 I got a letter from IRS asking for payment. I can not reach a live person and the automated service is a dead end. Payusatax is a scam outfit stay away and pass the word. My payment is inexpensive, so I could just say skip it. You ask why? Cause I can't get an answer.

I reported this company. Why IRS is dealing with tis fraudulent company?

Payusatax.com on a call! but wait:1 hour and 8 minutes has passed by (and counting) and not one representative even pick up to call to at least acknowledge!
If you don't want hours and hours of problems, choose another service to make your payments ect.
What respectful entity would take this much time to only pick up the phone.

This company must be fraudulent in some way. Every year I make the mistake of choosing this site over the other two provided by the IRS for credit card payment of my income tax. I probably choose it first because they offer the cheapest processing fee, but soon, I realize that the website doesn't even work right. Luckily, my payments were not even going through successfully, so I didn't lose any money, like some of the other users might have. But I am not sure I understand why the IRS allows this company to collect their money. This has got to be some kind of scam.

Made a $250 payment online to help my brother facilitate a tax payment. Account never credited. DO NOT USE THIS SITE

This company has not sent my payment to the IRS.
I have a confirmation # of payment, my bank statement showing the money taken out, and where it went. I also have the ACH Id of the institution my payment went to. The bank would not release the money if they were not familiar with the ACH Id of the institution.
It has almost been a year. Been on the phone for the past 3 hours, on hold.
Their twitter @payUSAtax has not been updated since 2016.
This has caused me much stress and sleepless nights. I have no idea how, or why the IRS works with this company.

Update today February 7
I was finally able to get hold of payusatax. They assured me the tax was not paid through them, and that I should again contact the irs.
I am currently on the phone with irs and will update.
When I spoke to the irs last week, they told me to contact payusatax.
So from how everything looks at the moment, payusatax is really not at fault, and the issue lies with the irs.

Paid my taxes on 12/13/2022 and they never paid the IRS. I was on hold twice for a total of over 4.5 hours and no answer. Did a claim with my credit card company and thankfully they credited my account. I chose this company because back in 2018 I used them and did not have any problems. I am not sure what is going on, but by other reviews it's not looking good.

They never paid my taxes. Unfortunately I didnt see this site before I paid.

This appears to be a scam. They took my money and never paid my taxes as of 1/16/2022. They debited my account on 12/31/2022. This was a quarterly tax payment.

I was terrified when I received another IRS package, showing several different amount owing. I never saw any of the payments I made. I made payments through Payusatax and I made direct payments at IRS.gov.
I felt a little relief when none of the payments was seen on the statement.
However, the long and short is - the auditors do not follow up on your payments. You have to get that information at your local IRS office. The auditors just send you the statements of their findings so PAYUSTAX pays the money to IRS.
So before you make another payment make an appointment or talk with someone at your local IRS office in your area.

Bad, bad, bad news! This has to be a SCAM! Do not use this service! You've been warned! I can't believe this is recommended by TaxAct as a service to pay your taxes! I paid $3,000 through this website and they have not made the payment to the IRS. The IRS just sent me a letter stating I still owe the amount. I called the listed contact number 1-855-508-0159 (live operator) and waited for 3 hours, and nobody answered. I called the other number listed TTY Number: 1-888-475-5185 and it just hangs up automatically after 5 rings. I tried it multiple times and no answer. Stay AWAY!

I have been trying to get a hold of paytaxusa since March 2022. Yesterday I spent 3 hours & 57 mins on hold listening to their recording and no one ever answered and their contact form doesn’t work, when you submit it says “The specified URL cannot be found”. They withdrew the funds from my clients account and never applied it to his account. I then noticed the social listed on the return was different than the number listed on the confirmation. Somehow his cell number wound up as his social. Now my client is upset and trying to come after me.

After reading these reviews I feel peace in that I am not the only one that was victimized by this company. I too paid my 2020 taxes through payusatax.com and informed by the IRS that my payment was never submitted! The fact that the IRS uses this company and does not hold them accountable for their issues is ridiculous! The phone numbers listed are all automated prompts and by the time you finally get to where you could speak with someone the automation states that all lines are busy and the mailbox is full. This company needs to be held accountable for their actions, and we deserve our money back!!

I’m just seeing all these complaints. 😡 I have two $4000.00 estimated tax payments for 2021 that I never got credit for. I have receipts from PayPal but nothing from payusatsx. So $8000.00 just disappeared. Hoping and praying we can fight this. I’ve never ever been delinquent on my taxes and now IRS is going to put me in collections.

I paid ~11k to IRS through payusatax.com in 2020. It is like a nightmare to me. This amount has not reflected to my IRS account even after one year. I reached out to IRS and they told me that they can not locate payment. I shared confirmation number but it is of no use. I called payusatax but they not receiving. It is huge money

If any one have any luck getting the money back please let me know.
I use payusatax the last year to pay my taxes and they never post my payment to the irs. About $1500.
I have being trying to contact them and they never awnser the phone or anything.
I call my credit card company anr reported but haven't got anything ida.
It seem like all this rats are working together even the irs .
I have been reading a lot or bad comments about this company and all the money they have taken away from us is incredibly. We have to do something about it, let's get together to get our money back.

I paid my Federal Income Taxes through payUSAtax.com in the amount of $2389 plus $46.82 convience fee. The IRS sent me a new statement indicating I now owe $2402. I called the IRS and they said they never received my payment through payUSAtaxCom. I told them l had a confirmation number and they said that doesn't mean anything. I have contacted the Attorney General in my state. I received a case number and they will try to contact these scamers. How can they get away with this? They are ripping off Americans under the ruse of paying Federal Taxes. I will see this untill the in. I am now going to contact the US Attorney General.

This company ripped me off Paid my taxes on May 26th 2022 Called IRS and asked why they are still taking out my payments they told me they never received it from Pay USA Tax How could they even list these robbing sob We all have to get together and put these people in jail Don't even try and call them never answer the phone DON'T USE THIS WEBSITE

Worst service ever !!

Has anyone had results with this co. On getting any satisfaction? I just got ripped off by them,where do I start? Already getting collection notices from IRS.
