Payusatax 

Paid taxes on 4/18/23 and checked IRS website says payment pending. Tried calling Payusatax no answer. Just sent them an email, which will probably go no where. I will now contact my bank for fraud. How can the IRS use a thrid party that does this to people trying to pay off debt? I will be looking into filing with an attorney for class action if this does not get resolve quick!

After reading reviews of all three of the card payment options I was nervous about all of them. So I made three small payments- one with each service yesterday. Today all three show as pending on irs.gov. So far, so good. I wanted to use a card to at least get points for these payments. It says it could take one to two weeks to fully process. So after that time frame passes, I will come back and update my review

They billed two credit cards to the tune of $8300. Called them 6 times on hold for 1+ hour you cannot reach anyone. Filed as fraud with my CC company.

Reaching out to my state to file a complaint. Total scum bag company. Do not use!

I’m not sure why there is sooo many bad reviews. BUT I had no issue with my payment! Got the confirmation email, then another that the IRS accepted. Also logged on my IRS account and showed paid!

Sent a payment 11 business days ago, still not showing on the IRS website as pending on hold for 46:58 minutes no answer.

Federal tax pending after eleven business days, nearly two hours on hold and no answer with payusatax. IRS not seeing a pending payment, even though it is listed on their site.

My payment went thru in 5 business days, just as the confirmation email they sent said it would.

I use this company last year and I I received a letter from the IRS weeks later that I owed them money for taxes I had to call the IRS and talk to them numerous times and explain to them that I had paid the taxes but they said they never received it so I had to pay them again and then received a check this year for a double payment. Well I paid my federal taxes on April 3rd 2023 with a credit card and then 15 days later I was charged in my checking account for the same amount. I called and was on hold for almost an hour and a half no answer so I finally gave up and disputed the transaction with my credit card company and allowed the payment to go through on my checking account. I will never use this company ever again and anybody saying this company is amazing and awesome with five star reviews, they're full of s**t!

payusatax double billed my taxes to the tune of $2089! I just spent 110 minutes on hold trying to reach somebody. Do not give these people your bank/CC info! I used debit so now my bank 'can't' help. I've got less than 40 in my account now and I have bills coming.

I was leery about making a one time payment to the IRS for 2023 tax debt. I did receive an email. However, concerned bc automated email. Said payment recurring. WTH! I never agreed to this. It should be a one-time payment. I've been calling the 800# for a week. Excessively long wait times. can't reach a live person!!! Notifying my cc company to be on the lookout for any fraudulent transactions.

Fake reviews. I paid them in full and then I got my tax returns within two days. Got a message from the irs that it was approved. This is a fake review sight with fake reviews.

I'm here to relay the same sentiments as all the other 1 star review. Went on the sham website to pay my taxes put in all my sensitive information, debit card no etc hit send and nothing! no aknowledgement from the website that a transaction took place no email follow up. I called Payusatax.com and was on hold for 2 hrs. I eventually got frustrated and hung up as no-one answered my call. I had to take things into my own hands and called my bank to cancel my debit card so I can make another payment trough a more reputable website to ensure my taxes are paid on time. My biggest fear is ending up like the reviewers who said they sat around waiting for email confirmations, received none and was then left with IRS penalties for their payments not being sent. Never again

The percentage on a credit card payment is pretty high, I would advise anyone who can, to just pay the IRS directly using your bank account, I most definitely will next year.

This is a terrible service. I should have looked at reviews first. I made a mistake that I needed to correct. There is no way to get in touch with them. I now have to go through my credit card companies to resolve it. What a mess and over nothing really. It should have been resolved easily.

I did not submit a payment through this website, while typing down my information on the payment page I noticed that the values were changed. I repeat, values such as date of birth, tax identification number WERE BEING CHANGED (to incorrect values). I would not be surprised if this was being done to create evidence to support the claim that the payments were not recorded by the IRS because of incorrect records inputted by the user.

I am honestly stunned that the IRS advertises this company for the payment of taxes, this is sad and shameful.

-Cancel your card immediately to protect your money!
-Not liable for non-payment to IRS
-Read their Terms and Conditions, it basically says they can take your money and you can't do anything about it, including legal action.

Awful. Sadly came to this site because i saw my balance on the IRS website was not paid and i had been paying it through pay USA tax.com. I called them to ask why and was ok hold for four hours with no answer till i read these reviews and called my bank for a stop payment and now i have to call the IRS. my account on IRS is flagged due to non payment which i thought was paid. Awful this is a fraud i have no idea how it seemed like the IRS signed off on this being safe.

they do not sent funds to the IRS..The IRS is in cahoots with these guys they have to be why would they endorse this scam agency on their website. I used them to pay past due taxes IRS never got them. I tried to call they never answer after 4 hours on hold. I tried to call IRS and was on hold for 45 minutes. Why isnt everyone calling the IRS about this. Im not the only one who has been scammed by Payusatax obviously. flood the IRS with calls so they get them off their website DONT USE PAYUSATAX!!! your money will be gone

I have been making payments for my grandparents for 24 months. They have paid exactly $4,872. We received a letter from the IRS asking for payment. PAYUSATAX had not been sending the payments made to the IRS and I am currently on hold for over 4 hours waiting for someone to answer. My bank account has been charged and I want to know where the money is!!!!!

Update: 3/17 have been on the phone for 6 hours and the line got disconnected.

I have been on hold 2 HOURS!!! Wedsite and automated services DO NOT WORK!
