Excellent Service
We have been using Payescape for our payroll processing for quite a while and have always received an extremely high level of support and attention to detail. All queries are dealt with efficiently and all of their staff members are extremely friendly and helpful. Our main point of contact in Payescape is Noelle, who has proven to be a wonderful asset to both Payescape and to ourselves in the help and support she provides us on a regular basis.

Great Implemenation Experience
Our Implementation went smooth and our Implemenation Assistant Rebecca did a great job.
I was recently introduced to Payroll in the UK and she managed to support me with also my onboarding by answering questions and supporting with all my requests.

We joined payescape at a time when our organisation lacked the staff with payroll experience. We found the system straightforward and the implementation team were excellent at getting the onboarding process completed. Our experience was further enhanced when we were joined by an employee who had excellent payroll skills and she was able to understand the system fully, recognise timeframes and appreciate time sensitive pressures. I have always found the staff friendly and approachable and we also joined hrescape as we were so impressed by the service provided. In a world of every changing staffing issues and changes to HMRC systems, it is very reassuring to know that we are working with a company who have their fingers on the payroll and HR pulse and are able to advise accordingly. There is no hard sell either, it is very much built around your company and what they need and require. I would highly recommend payescape for their professional approach, good customer service and attention to detail all whilst remaining grass roots, friendly and approachable.
