Outdoor shop have corrected the issues i required fast. Even tho i never signed up for a contract to this company it was suscribed through a link to another site. However i never signed up for this site was signed automatically through another producti tried to buy & was then having money taken from my account. Recently recieved a call after months trying to cancell the subscription asking me to leave a review on here to process that refund where i was asked not to leave a bad 1.... Total scam by outdoor shop! Dont waste your money or sign up!

Absolutely shocking, I apparently signed up for a "subscription " which they cannot provide me proof of. Unbeknown to me payments totalling £89 (although its in euro) were taken from my bank card. I am very careful and would never knowingly sign up for any of this rubbish. The bank have cancelled my card and they cannot provide me with any proof at all, on the complaint email sent to them this evening they said I cannot get any money back as stated in the terms and conditions?? They are scamming people and keep your money. Thank god I noticed this money coming out in a short space of time. There's is absolutely no way I would have signed up for this. Nobody can answer how this happened. My bank think it could be pops ups or something. Please be very careful with these people. They are based in Cyprus, which for me would have definitely been a red flag so how the hell did this happen?? Something I'll probably never know. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!
