Honestly

Honestly, i really dont have idea why i have this acct in outdoorshop. i was just surprised when i received notification in my RCBC account about the payment deduction.

Fraudulent

I was informed by Halifax of fraudulent activity on my account linked to payments taken by Outdoorshop.com
I contacted them and informed them of this activity.
It was money taken for membership of the company, which I had never even heard of before and have never bought or received anything from.
The online assistant was not particularly helpful and I was only able to get him to cancel the membership.
A disappointing conversation and no refund enabled.

Harry attended to me

Harry attended to me, his service was good.

But for outdoorshop itself? No idea how I even got signed up there and my credit card kept getting charged. So annoying. It’s a good lesson and never going to click weird links again. I hope my request to close the account is finalised, if not I will be back !!!

Completely incompetent.

Completely incompetent.

I saw a advertisement on fb of this company.
In my mind I thought its to good to be true, but for 2 euro its not such a big issue.

But 2 days later my account was charged with a debit
of 67,75 euro of witch I have no idea.

So de worst company ever…. Never buy annything here.
