Fraudulent website that charge your credit card without permission.
Aviod at all costs and report them.

I am simply following the guidelines of this business in order to get the cancellation of my subscription, which is my prerogative and at the same time confirm that the issue was addressed immediately by Alero.

TOTAL SCAM! AVOID AT ALL COSTS! I thought I had a good deal with some pasta package. Seemed to good to be true, WAS too good to be true. Never received said package. Company says there was never such a deal on their website and claims I signed up for an account (which I never did). I made the original payment by credit card, so I had my credit card company revoke the payment. In the mean time, received emails from the company saying that they would refund me IF I left a positive review, even giving specific instructions like: "Try not to use the word 'repayment' of 'cancel subscription'. Write a short review like 'the problem was easily solved' or 'the problem was solved by Sama'" [or Raj or 'Escalation Team' or whoever]. Well, I'm not doing any of that, obviously. And if you read any positive reviews here, well... you now know why there are any positive reviews at all (going totally against TrustPilot's rule "By submitting this review, you confirm [...] you haven’t received an incentive to write it.")

This experience was great because of Elsa . She is a great woman with a great experience . I hope everybody can see her like i did. The mistake was solved by her and she will refund my money becase she is a good woman. Thank you , Elsa and enjoy your work.

I was happy after "long fight" to able to close my account!
They just taken money from my account, even without ordering, shopping!!!!!!
The members of staff on the chat was really helpful (I had to contact them twice) I really hope I closed the story with them and no more headache.

Not sure how I signed up for membership in the first place but having had a chat with Myka it’s been resolved. She was very efficient and I’m happy with the outcome. Good service.
