Good communication and very detailed report inspector was really good Orlando great service

Highly recommend this service for new build properties within their 2 year warranty for peace of mind. My inspector Helen was very polite, professional and thorough.

It’s our first home and we had no idea what faults to look for when buying a house, however booking an inspection made it so much easier. There are faults I would have no idea existed without an inspection. (Paul) was really helpful, he kept me updated constantly with what was going on and what times he arrived and left, with updates how it went and everything else. I would highly recommend to anyone buying a new home to use New Home Quality control. If I was ever buying another new home I would 100% book again. Thanks so much for the help!

New Home Quality Control arranged a survey very quickly. Tony arrived as arranged and was really pleasant and helpful. The report was prepared rapidly and highlighted a number of issues we had not noticed or hadn’t realised mattered.

The team were helpful and flexible throughout the process. On the day, Amy was friendly and professional. The inspection was thorough, and it flagged several issues that I wouldn't have found myself. Definitely worth it for the peace of mind!

We booked New Home Quality Control to carry out the snagging on our new property just post completion. Paul contacted us a few days before to introduce himself and to give us a time he would be arriving.
He was very friendly and helful and explained the process in full. He was incredibly thorough and checked everything, many of which we would not have known about. He also answered all our questions and explained things very clearly.
The report was sent the following day and is incredibly thorough, clear and concise.
The report will give us a greater confidence when we discuss the issues identified with the on site team.
We feel that this service, the company and Paul went above and beyond and I would have no hesitation in recommending them for anyone getting a new build home.

Excellent home snagging company. The survey took 4 hours where our new build property was throughly inspected and 126 snags identified by Orlando. The report contains images along with a description and has been sent to the developer to action. The report also quotes NHBC guidelines and is very professional. Excellent customer service and the report was sent promptly. Very good value for money. Would highly recommend.

Stefan was great. As I’m not in the building trade myself my knowledge in this part isn’t very good. Stefan too time to explain what he had found. Stefan was easy to talk to and very friendly. Within 2 days I had an email with all the relevant information along with the legal NHBC numbers. Highly recommend for any first time buyers, or even buying a new build property

I used New Home Quality Control for a snagging survey on my new‑build home and I’m very happy with the service. They identified a large number of snags, including several issues I would never have noticed myself, which really shows how thorough and experienced they are.

They were very friendly and informative, explaining everything clearly. They even took additional photos purely for our reference, showing how some of the services look in areas you normally don’t have access to, which was extremely helpful.

Overall, a great experience and excellent peace of mind. I would definitely recommend them to anyone purchasing a new‑build property.

Professional service done by Gino. Did an excellent job of finding snags in our new home and kept me informed. Our original date to have our house inspected was moved since the builders were still installing the carpeting, but Gino was able to get us booked in the very next day. Would highly recommend the services of NHQC to anyone buying a new home.

From Booking to report, the team have been amazing. Very well priced as well, our inspector Amy was in touch the night before and within 48hrs we had processed final payment and had the report. Definetly picked up items we would have missed so 100% recommend for new build buyers

Brilliant company to work with. Was easy to book provisionally and then just confirm a firm date via email. Troy then text the day before to confirm the attendance and time. Did a great job looking around and explaining things. Got sent the report within a few days with loads of detail in. What makes them stand out is I’ve paid them already and I had some issues come up I emailed them with photos for advice and they called me the next day and explained possible causes. They said they would be happy to help and support for the next 2 years. Exceptional service considering I had already paid. Would highly recommend using their services.

I went with this company as I follow them on Tiktok and have saw various videos that they have done, so when i moved house and into a new one I knew these people would be the ones to trust with any potential issues with the house, so when i sent the enquiry I recieved an appointment quite quickly, Helen was the accessor I had at my house and she did a quality job and would easily reccomend.

I was in two minds about having a professional inspection done on our new build. Our last house was new as well, I’d scoured the internet and created spreadsheets to do it myself, thinking I’d been reasonably successful only to have some issues I’d missed.

Orlando came over to the new house at short notice. A really nice lad and very accommodating on times.

Hi, purchased an inspection for a new build that was vacant. The team advise what my best option would be amd the course of direction I should take.
Our surveyor was Troy. As first time buyers he made sure we understood everything, offered advice and supported us through the inspection. He definitely made us feel at ease in this whole process.
One thing that puts this compmay above others is there customer care, they are there to help. We had to reschedule with only an afternoon notice due our estate agents not being available. The team completely understood, and gave us the reassurance we needed.
