What a great company! They were quick to respond and we had an appointment for someone to complete a survey on our new property within a couple of days. Will who completed the survey was great and picked up many more snags that we hadn't noticed. Anyone looking a great company to complete their survey will not go wrong with this one!

The service and process was fast and efficient, it was easy to arrange the right type of survey I needed and at a time convenient to me and soon after I moved in. Communication was excellent and Tony, who completed the survey, was punctual, polite and professional. The survey itself was comprehensive and we were reassured that every issue was found. The report itself was turned around and delivered in under 24hrs and was extremely easy to follow. It wasn’t over the top with jargon, it was straight forward, with each issue and location accompanied by a photograph to remove any ambiguity. And the price was very reasonable considering the assurance it provides. Use Home Quality Control LTD with confidence.

Like to give special mention to Stefan who was the inspector who carried out the snagging. He was realy helpful before and after the inspection. Very knowledge and always happy to answer my question.
On the day of inspection Stefan was unable to access the loft through no fault of his own. Stefan come back on anouther day to complete the inspection, which I appreciated.

I recently used this company for a completion survey on my new build, and I couldn’t be more impressed with their service. They were punctual, highly professional, and incredibly thorough in their inspection.

Great communication. Came out on the day we requested and did a thorough inspection. Clear and concise throughout and gave us peace of mind. Also as first time new build buyers I felt we got good education on what was expected of the developer. Would recommend.

New Home Quality Control provided a brilliant service.
Initial booking was straight forward. Due to our house move changing multiple times, rearranging the appointment multiple times was again a very simple process and never an issue for these guys.
We were kept fully informed throughout the process. Will was our inspector and he was brilliant. He was very friendly and patient and looking at the completed report did an incredibly thorough job.
I'm very pleased with the outcome and would definitely recommend for anyone buying a new house.

Helen was friendly and very thorough. The report is comprehensive and very detailed, with each issue outlined with description, photos and referenced back to NHBC governance for easy reference. This is useful when pushing the developer to rectify the issues. We booked the survey for the day after completion, before we moved in which felt like ideal timing.

Amazing service. The booking experience was so straight forward especially on quite late notice. The snagger was in contact a few days prior and the next working day my report was received. The report itself was so thorough and covered literally everything!

Booked and completed in 4 days including weekend. Shocked by the amount of issues found! Really left no stone unturned. So grateful that this company is around! Should be including in all new build purchases for sure! Highly recommend budgeting to use this company!

Excellent experience. Really easy to book in via email and dates given suited what I needed.

Tony messaged the day before with the time slot he would be attending. He explained the whole process and what he would be looking at. He even rescued one of my cats who decided to escape!

The inspection was very thorough and took over two hours. When Tony had finished he ran through a couple of main points with me and said the report would be with me the day after.

I received the report the following morning just after 9am and this is where getting the report was a great investment - 63 issues raised and to be honest aside from one in the garden they were all things I wouldn’t have been able to pick up myself and report back to the developer.

The report was very detailed with each item showing photo evidence of the snag. I have since sent this over to the developer for them to action.

If you are hesitating whether or not to get the report done, I would 100% recommend you do. I feel happier now I know the issues with my property, and even better they have been fully explained to me.

I’ll be booking in again when my two year warranty period is about to expire.

Excellent service from New Home Quality Control. Johnny, who carried out the snagging inspection for my new build home near Edinburgh, was very friendly and took the time to clearly explain what the inspection would involve, which immediately put me at ease.

The inspection itself was incredibly thorough and detailed, and the snagging report was easy to read and understand, with clear references to NHBC standards throughout. It was obvious that a lot of care and expertise went into both the inspection and the reporting.

I was particularly impressed with the easy process for booking and quick turnaround time. The report, complete with images, was provided within just two days of the inspection. This made the whole process smooth and efficient.
