SPAM COMPANY! BEWARE!
I am extremely frustrated with Mumsurance. They keep calling me nonstop and spamming me repeatedly even after I have politely told them several times that I am not interested. This kind of harassment is completely unacceptable and highly unprofessional.
Their constant pressure and refusal to respect clear boundaries raises serious concerns about their legitimacy. The way they operate makes them look like a fraud company and not a trustworthy business at all.

We are very sorry to read about your experience and the frustration this has clearly caused. No one should feel pressured or repeatedly contacted after stating they are not interested.
We take these concerns extremely seriously. We operate strict do not contact controls and suppression processes, and we do not tolerate repeated or unwanted contact. However, we have been unable to locate your details on our systems as a lead, enquiry, or policyholder. Because of this, we cannot currently identify the source of the calls or confirm whether they originated from our business or another company using a similar trading name.
We have contacted Trustpilot to request further information so that we can properly investigate and ensure that, if this relates to us, it is addressed immediately.
