I recently registered with Polly for life insurance and was so impressed by Henry L, who guided me through everything I needed to know with real care and clarity. He was sensitive when explaining the more complex areas, patient when I needed time to consider my options, and never made me feel rushed. This is exactly the kind of person I want supporting me with something as important as life insurance, and exactly the kind of company I want to go with for decisions that really matter.

I completed the online form a few weeks ago, the advisors at Polly called back straight away. Due to some ongoing health investigations I had they advised to postpone the application until I had results. Despite this, they did not forget to contact me again afterwards to follow up.

I had a full consultation with Martyn Gavin yesterday who was very friendly and helpful - no questions were daft enough for me to ask and he took his time to explain everything thoroughly. The policy was incepted straight away so I had instant peace of mind. I couldn’t praise Martyn’s customer service enough - thank you!

Simon strange was very helpful and policy set up quickly

Sorting out life insurance couldn’t be easier than with the help of the Polly customer service team. After putting this off for months, Simon Strange had me completely covered within half an hour. He was kind, polite and super helpful and I can now rest easy knowing that my family will be supported should anything happen.
Would absolutely recommend Polly to anyone who needs life insurance - stop putting it off, it’s way easier than you think it’s going to be.

If I could give 10 stars to Joseph Trupia I would. I’ve been avoiding calls from the company since I applied for a quotation for the insurance but they got me today and honestly it was the most swift process to getting me signed up. The prices are reasonable too as I’m a student I can’t complain at all Joseph explained everything in detail and answered all my questions we had a right laugh the whole time. My experience was amazing I wish more people could experience having him as their broker. Always remember to “lock in”

I submitted a quote request and received a call from Lewis Short who could not have been anymore helpful if he tried. He talked me through the various options available to me and secured me a quote at a low price which ensures that my family will be protected should anything happen to me. He spoke in extreme details and taught me a lot about the insurance I was taking out which gave me a lot of comfort. A really great customer service experience.
