The thickness of the mattress is not as advertised, maybe in time _ I just opened it now- it will be better. The outside of the mattress is designed to big, and the material is quite plasticky. One of the seams of the outside is already coming out. The method of fabrication is strange: it is a large piece of approximately 80 cm, to which they added 10 cm on each side...it is not an entire piece of 100 cm width.

I bought a Monaco special mattress a month ago, I was encouraged by the positive reviews from earlier customers and the very reasonable prices.
I'm very satisfied from it, I previously changed my mattress twice in less than 3 years, but this time I got it right, very satisfied.

Wat fijn om te lezen dat de American Special matras naar wens is! De American Special matras is een maatwerk matras. We kunnen het matras laten produceren in drie stevigheden: zacht, medium of stevig.
Dit model is ook een tikkeltje hoger dan de standaard modellen. Namelijk 25 cm dik. Daarnaast werken wij dit matras af met een mooie zachte afritsbare bamboe tijk. Een geweldig matras!

Amazing customer service to help you get the best mattress
Purchase of the mattress was a legend. The first delivery was a production error, not the one I ordered. Second delivery only gave me the pillow, the mattress was shipped back to producer. I got the mattress eventually 8 days later than original promise date. However, the staff was really helpful and stay kind all the time.

Yes, there were some mistakes made. You ordered a customized made mattress, but the producer just made the cover, not a complete mattress. We did everything we could do to make a new matress, but it takes at least 1 week to make a new one. Of course we gave you a free pillow for the inconvenience.
Regarding your 5 star review, I understand that you are very happy with this mattress.

De Favourite Plus matras is voorzien van een zomer- en winterzijde. Het matras is opgebouwd uit pocketveringen, koudschuim én een gewatteerde tijk. Aan één zijde is de tijk voorzien van traagschuim vlokken en daardoor ietsje warmer dan de andere zijde.
