I'm planning to switch next month.

I switched to Youfone 2 months back based on their promotions, it was definitely a bad decision. They have extremely predatory practice. I ended up finishing my quota of internet bundle 2 days before the last day of the month, and used extra 760Mb of data. They didn't sent me any notification, email or otherwise of extra usages. And then sent me invoice of EUR 76 (most I have paid per Mb of internet usage). I tried to explain the situation to their customer support, and they were completely apathetic to the situation, and told me I should have enable a setting in their webpage. Which was hidden somewhere in obscurity. To summaries, this company tries their best to use dark pattern, and predatory practice to fleece customer. I'm planning to switch next month.

Edit: I already have the ticket with support @ youfone.nl, which they are not replying at all and now they are asking me to sent the mail there again. Wow!

Edit2: Had sent them another email. No reply :/

I would not trust this webshop

I would not trust this webshop. I placed an order on 24th March. As per this website, they make delivery within 3-5 days of the item. They didn't delivered the goods within intended time, and as per them they tried to deliver later (when I was away for the vacation). Now, they are refusing to refund the full amount, they refunded only 70 EUR out of 115 EUR order. Beware of them.

Edit: Indeed I got now the full refund, another credit of 40 EUR 2 days after I wrote this review. Thanks for the resolution. I will change my rating, but keep this review.

Het is niet erg netjes om dit te schrijven, wij hebben namelijk wel degelijk de gehele 115 euro gecrediteerd.
Zou u dit nog eens willen nakijken? Dan kunt u daarna uw review aanpassen ;-)

Bad quality for the price.

I paid them €300 for the cleaning. The quality was very shoddy for the price paid. As I looked at the everything, the upper pannels of the window in living room is still dirty, the balcony still has dirt in between. There is still dust in upper shelves. There us stuff below my sofa. This was really disappointing. They seem to be nice people, but doesn't seem skilled or proficient for deep cleaning. I would definitely not recommend them at all.

Yes indeed. We do our best to satisfy our customers. In your situation, DHL had some problems to pick-up the old mattress. We are glad that we could arrange the pick-up with another transporter. We hope that your new mattress, the Nasa 3D, is more comfortable and better than the previous one.
