I'm planning to switch next month.
I switched to Youfone 2 months back based on their promotions, it was definitely a bad decision. They have extremely predatory practice. I ended up finishing my quota of internet bundle 2 days before the last day of the month, and used extra 760Mb of data. They didn't sent me any notification, email or otherwise of extra usages. And then sent me invoice of EUR 76 (most I have paid per Mb of internet usage). I tried to explain the situation to their customer support, and they were completely apathetic to the situation, and told me I should have enable a setting in their webpage. Which was hidden somewhere in obscurity. To summaries, this company tries their best to use dark pattern, and predatory practice to fleece customer. I'm planning to switch next month.
Edit: I already have the ticket with support @ youfone.nl, which they are not replying at all and now they are asking me to sent the mail there again. Wow!
