A very frustrating and dissappointing experience. I have not read reviews...my lesson for next time. I received two items which were much lower quality than described and photo-ed, and wrong sizes. I returned them...to New York. And I am still waiting for my refund back for the past 40 days. I am trying to reach out to Paypal, but, they also have a window of 30 days...very unclear to what the 30 days refer to.

The thickness of the mattress is not as advertised, maybe in time _ I just opened it now- it will be better. The outside of the mattress is designed to big, and the material is quite plasticky. One of the seams of the outside is already coming out. The method of fabrication is strange: it is a large piece of approximately 80 cm, to which they added 10 cm on each side...it is not an entire piece of 100 cm width.

I have ordered air pods in November. They were supposed to arrive in December. It is March now and I have never received them. I had wrote them - never received any answer - and when I try to write to them again I receive the answer that "You already placed a complain..." How convenient system. They do not answer my complain but they block the next attempts of complaining.
