Amazing customer service to help you get the best mattress
Purchase of the mattress was a legend. The first delivery was a production error, not the one I ordered. Second delivery only gave me the pillow, the mattress was shipped back to producer. I got the mattress eventually 8 days later than original promise date. However, the staff was really helpful and stay kind all the time.

Yes, there were some mistakes made. You ordered a customized made mattress, but the producer just made the cover, not a complete mattress. We did everything we could do to make a new matress, but it takes at least 1 week to make a new one. Of course we gave you a free pillow for the inconvenience.
