Fantastic customer service and great product.

I’m disappointed because I had to pay customs duties that were not disclosed at the time of purchase. I have ordered items from Germany to Switzerland several times before and this has never happened. As a result, the mattress cover ended up costing me significantly more than expected. The product itself is good, but the lack of transparency on customs fees at checkout is an issue that needs to be addresse

The only mattress that I could find that had enough thickness at that price and was also comfortable, I definitely recommend

Well I have ordered here before the products are good qaulity and a good price. It's fast delivery the only thing I hope can chance is that U can pick out a day for delivery. For the rest absolutely happy whit it and love it keep up the good work

The product has been received, perfectly packed and im happy with the matrass. A good price.
An extra update before arrival would have been good, but all in all, I'd order again 🙏

The site it was in Greek and I proceed with purchase, I didn't know that the Company is in Germany and delivery was saying in 1 or 2 days....finally that was for Germany...but nowhere inform you that...
I m wanting 10 days for received the goods and still nothing!

This is a scam company that delivers thinner mattresses than description says. Not possible to get a warranty claim approved, they don’t support customers or answer to emails when warranty claim questions are asked.

I recently bought a mattress and came just in time as promised! The quality of the mattress is amazing and exceeds my expectations with the amount of money I paid.. keep up the good work 😃

I can't get a refund for products I never received. And yes, they're not responding either. The only answer I get is that the products have been returned to their warehouse because I didn't pick them up. As stated on the website, home delivery isn't always guaranteed; it depends on the delivery company. You have to pick them up yourself after a certain point. The products that didn't arrive were returned to their warehouse. They confirmed they received them, but then they never responded to any emails and haven't refunded the money. Go and pay a little extra and buy from places that won't cause you any trouble.

When purchasing, there was no field to enter a phone number, and they didn’t ask for it later. How will the delivery company contact me?

I do not recommend, they are very unserious. I ordered a bed for my dog ​​and they made a mistake in my order and sent me a simple dog pillow. I made a complaint, they told me to return the wrong product and when they receive the product they will take care of my case. I called again to ask what was happening with my order and the lady from customer service effectively without any care told me that my money would be returned and that I would have to order again, when I looked again on the site they changed the price of the bed, it being more expensive now. I asked them if I could buy the bed at the initial price when I made the first order because it was not my mistake and they told me that they could not do that and that they could not help me in any way. Lack of professionalism! They actually don't care that someone pays and they want to receive exactly the product they paid for.
