Don't waste your time!
Ordered on 24th July and delivery was due today 3rd August so I took the day off work. By lunchtime I checked the link and it had changed now stating TEN DAYS later! Now due 12th August.Absolutely ridiculous. I'm trying to cancel but getting no response. Don't waste your time or money.

The mattress has a permanent…
The mattress has a permanent indentation along the folding line that affects its comfort and usability. They refused my warranty claim, stating that this is normal due to the vacuum packaging, and did not take the defect into account.

Bought a CloudComfort Basic double…
Bought a CloudComfort Basic double guest folding mattress 140 x 195 cm from them.
Purchase and delivery were just fine.
The product, though, really lacks in quality, even for what one should expect for the price being more on the cheap side.
The foam is thinner and much less dense than what pictures suggest. It seems very unlikely this product will last, I'd say in a year at most the foam will be so compacted I'll have to dispose of the thing.
It arrives with a strong toxic smell of new foam, so don't even think of using it for a while. You'd better leave it somewhere to get fresh air for several days.
I was expecting a cheap quality for the good price I paid, but this was way too much below expectations.
