Has not arrived

Has not arrived, delivery date was 30th it's now the 5th they have not contacted me no tracking number

Bad delivery

I ordered 2 mattresses, received only 1. And i still see same mattress as available immediately. Nobody replies to my emails, after phone call i still got no answers when or will i get it...

9 WEEKS - NO DELIVERY, no communication

I placed an order for a mattress topper at the end of January. By the end of March, NEARLY 9 WEEKS LATER, the item had still not been dispatched. The delivery date shown during the ordering process influenced my decision to purchase, which makes this situation even worse.

What is particularly unacceptable is that after the initially indicated delivery date passed, no one contacted me. At no point did customer service reach out proactively; I had to chase them myself every single time for updates. Each time I was given vague responses and new promises that the item would be shipped “soon”, which never happened.

Even more concerning, the product is still shown as available to order on the website, despite clearly not being in stock. This is misleading and wastes customers’ time. The company could have simply informed me that the item was unavailable and cancelled the order right away. Instead, I lost almost 2 MONTHS waiting and dealing with this situation.

After repeated delays, lack of communication, and misleading information, I could no longer wait and cancelled the order myself. I would not buy from this company NEVER again.
If you value your time and peace of mind, I strongly advise ordering elsewhere.

AVOID!!!!

I wish I read the reviews before buying from this company! 😭Unfortunately I have to give at least 1 star, if I could I would not even do that! Ordered the mattresses and they are the wrong size - by the way deliver to the UK took 6 working days!
Contacted the company who advised that we would have to send it back on our own money within 14 days! There is no shipping company that takes mattresses this size from UK to Germany unless I pay 3 times of the price of the mattress. So now I am out of pocket by almost £200 and no way to return! The customer service is AWFUL TRULY AWFUL! The best part is - now 1 MONTH DOWN THE LINE GLS sent us a letter demanding £52 custom fees! When we bought the mattresses there was no mentioning of this (nowhere obvious)! Neither before delivery or at delivery when I could have refused this, but a month later! When I contacted the company, they just said - "The shipping conditions are accessible with exactly two clicks and are in no way hidden. On the bottom it is noted, that there are possible custom fees in UK, Norway and Switzerland.
As the UK is not part of the EU, custom fees should be common when ordering in Germany (for example).
Why exactly you received the invoice from GLS that late, we cannot say." - basically called me stupid after being ignorant and unhelpful! I checked, it was indeed mentioned in the small print on page 43... thanks!
All I can say AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!! By the way the mattress is awful!

I am very disappointed with my…

I am very disappointed with my experience.

I placed an order and tried to use a discount code, but it did not work during checkout. When I contacted customer service afterward, they refused to apply the discount to my existing order and instead only offered a voucher for a future purchase, which does not really solve the issue.

On top of that, I still have not received my topper mattress, even though quite a long time (14/4) has passed since I placed the order. At this point, I am left with the feeling that customer service is not interested in finding a fair solution, only in avoiding responsibility.

Very frustrating experience. I expected much better service, clearer communication, and faster delivery.

I hope the company will finally respond properly and resolve this.

Communication was terrible

Product was very good. BUT the customer care was terrible. The lady sounded disrespectful in email communication. And NO, they don't deliver on the time they mentioned on the website. It's called "lie".
