I have been ordering from them for a couple of year now, and every time the service was great and the delivery fast.
Also they usually have very competitive prices and lots of offers and special discounts.

I use the olaplex range on my hair. They have all the range here at a good price, even my hairdresser can’t beat the prices at the wholesalers.The website is easy to use. The customer service is excellent and delivery is speedy
After reading some of the previous poor reviews I really cannot understand them as I have ordered about 6 times and there’s never been a problem other than an item being out of stock where I was notified beforehand from Lucy and given the option of waiting until re stocked, given a refund or an alternative . In addition I resent being accused of my review being fake as some have claimed for the 5 star reviews on here. Maybe I’ve just been lucky and a response from the company to the poor reviews would be better for them

I always order my Medik8 items from MaleSkin and I am happy with the service I have received each time.

Ordered an item from the site. Got an email the following day (5am or so) to say item was out of stock, they hadn't had chance to update their stock levels on the site (how is that not automated in this day and age?) and the item had been discontinued but would I prefer this other product instead? Was a bit suspicious so asked them to cancel the order.

Having to dispute the payment with my bank now.
Interestingly the item is still showing as in stock on the site. Scam.

SCAM COMPANY AND BOT GENERATED REVIEWS. AVOID AVOID!!

£110 order never received, absolutely no response to emails. They don’t even have a customer service line in order for you to call them, that was the red flag I unfortunately avoided and paid the price. Having to go through by bank to try and get my money back.

Scam company!

Placed order and received generic email to advise me item was out of stock and discontinued by supplier (it’s not discontinued) despite them still selling the same item on their website. They will offer you an inferior replacement and take your money! AVOID AVOID AVOID! Also full of fake 5 star reviews!

The team at Maleskinluxe have been extremely helpful in helping source a Molton Brown product that has been discontinued by the supplier. They contact me directly whenever they have stock of this product. The price is also good. All round amazing service!

Excellent service from customer oriented Company. Advised me of the availability of a product which was difficult to source. Price was very competitive and delivery prompt. They set the standards to which all on-line companies should aspire.

Emails bounce back and no response from their general mailbox - zero customer service. Didn’t place an order based on the reviews below and I wouldn’t expect it to have been fulfilled. Looks to be a scam website with positive reviews made by boys. Avoid!

I'm really happy with the information and service that I receive from Maleskin.
At the moment I mainly purchase Medik8 products from this site as they have the best prices that I can find for the products that I need.
They regularly extend discount offers when available. I've just placed my third order with them and expect to continue to do so.

Always fabulous service from Maleskin Emporium. I regularly order Medik8 products from them; they are always the best value around. Quick delivery, beautifully wrapped. I once ordered the wrong item. I replied to the order confirmation asking if I could change my order. Very quickly I received a reply confirming that they would swap the ordered item for the correct one. MaleSkin has a huge range of premium products, and often runs really good promotional deals. I've purchased quite a few Murad products with them, and have always been impressed with how fast my orders are delivered. The customer service team are also super helpful.
