Absolute s**t. Normally I don’t buy anything without looking at reviews but for some reason in this instant I didn’t. Buyers remorse. Don’t buy. Don’t bother. Throw your money out the window or give it to a homeless person and have a warm feeling.

Do not use. They are indeed scammers as reviewed by everyone else.

Exactly the same as everyone else. Ordered and recieved an email 2 day later saying ‘out of stock’ was offered a different product that did not arrive and when I tried to ask for a refund I got a virus message ! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY

Avoid this scam website. I should have read the reviews before ordering from them.

I purchased an item that they claimed to stock (I should have been savvier when seeing it was sold on all other sites). They took my money, and then I heard nothing more from them.

After several emails enquiring as to the whereabouts of my purchased item, they finally responded to me, playing dumb by claiming that my previous emails were sent to their junk folder, and telling me they’d just sold their last item of what I’d ordered and had “only just got round to updating their stock quantities”. But they’d replace it with another product from a brand I’d never heard of “MMUK Man”, which they assured me was a “luxury product” worth more than I’d paid for the original item.

A quick google search found that the brand is owned by the same owner of Male Skin. It was at this point I realised that the website is a scam. They get your money through false advertising, hoping that you will then accept their “replacement” own brand products (which I’d be very surprised if are of the same standard as the products they claim to stock).

I declined the offer and requested a refund, which naturally required me to follow up several times before I finally got it.

This website is a scam, avoid!! Similar experience like many of the other reviews on here - I received an email a few days after my order saying the item is out of stock but they would replace with a different one. Never arrived. My email provider didn’t let me reply to the sales team due to risk of virus, hence I then looked at the trustpilot reviews - I wished I would’ve done this earlier.

I have paid £33 for cream and they have not sent anything and not replied to any emails. Scammers do not use!! Male skin shop on instagram please do not use!!!!!’n

The product didn't arrive due to a stock issue. Offered to send a different product instead. I asked for a refund. Despite several chases, I haven't heard back for almost two weeks.

- They do not deliver after you wait for re-stock
- They do not reply to repeated emails or phonecalls
- Their customer service is non-existent
- They NEVER REFUND!

UPDATE #2 28/10/25.
Full refund credited to my bank account - which they promised to do. So cannot fault them. So deserve 4 star still as not having an item "on the shelf" but hoping supplier has in stock is not useful.

EMAIL reply today to my email request for a refund:

That's not a problem at all. I'll have your order cancelled down in our warehouse and a refund raised now. I'm so sorry I couldn't help on this occasion.

Hence I have changed star from 1 to 4. There is a loss of a star as the items could have been sourced elsewhere, or, been easily available. As the customer I should not have to chase up an order myself. However, they did respond and agreed a refund. If refund appears I will try and update # 2 - Fair's fair - a response after the weekend was positive, hence the update and star change.

"As per others, I wish I had read reviews. Order two items, no message. Contacted again "Lucy" gave the stock answer of "supplier doesn't have". "She" did offer alternative - but I declined as this was a specific gift option. Now considering small claims court as a CCJ might be of worth, or, even trading standards.

Terrible experience, first thing I have ever bought on line that has never arrived and no response to my emails. £39 down the toilet scammers. Do not order anything from this company.

Please, please steer clear of this “company”. I wish I’d done my due diligence and looked at the reviews.

No phone number, no refund and my emails now return bounce backs. Have raised with the credit card company.

Absolute bunch of scammers

They take your money even when they know they don't have the stock - only informing you after they take the money. Probably illegal to do this unless web site advises at time of order - which they don't.

This is a fraudulent website, they take orders and payment but never deliver any products and then ghost you when you try to communicate with them, I'd advise you to NEVER use the website

AVOID- I should have checked the reviews. Same story the product is out of stock (ordered 30th of May) requested and agreed on refund a week ago. No refund initiated, they are not responding now. Save your money and a hassle for yourself.

AVOID!!!! Received the universal email from 'Lucy' informing me the product was discontinued and offering alternatives although it is still being widely advertised. Phone number goes to voicemail. I suspect this is a problem company judging by the other emails. Wish I had done my research.

I don't know what I did differently to all the bad reviews. But I ordered some medik8 serum. Then I saw all reviews so panicked. I emailed and got a response straight away and a few days later received my product. It did take a while but I did receive it.

This is the first time I’ve ever written a negative review, but the appalling customer service I’ve received from this company leaves me no choice.
I placed an order worth £130 and paid for next day delivery, as the items were intended as a gift. That was over a month ago. Not only did the items never arrive, but I’m still waiting for a refund—despite having cancelled the order more than two weeks ago.
I’ve had to chase them repeatedly via email, and every single time it’s been me initiating contact.
There has been zero accountability, and frankly, I’m shocked by the lack of professionalism.
Avoid this company at all costs. They are quick to take your money, but shockingly slow to deliver—or refund—when things go wrong.

Scam company. They don’t respond to emails and the phone number listed on their website is not working. They’ve conveniently turned off the ability to comment on their socials too.

ordered 2 items - told after a week one item not in stock. offered to replace with alternative item. Waited a further 2 weeks to receive the items only to find had replaced both my items without notifying me, a brand I had never heard of! Asked to return both only to be told I will have to cover postage cost's myself for Items I had not ordered! AVOID!

Take your money and don't deliver goods. Now ignoring my emails. Lost almost £100!!!
Do Not buy from this company.
