Great service and very good for prices compared to other sites. I purchased several Elmis products making this a more affordable treat. Products also very well packaged. Definitely will use Maleskin again and have recommended it to my friends.

I shopped for the very first time at maleskin and I was delighted I did. Products arrived in a timely manner and customer service experience was brilliant. I always order my Elemis products from Male Skin given they are the best in price compared to Elemis themselves and other stockest. Also the customer service is amazing, you receive a quick response and a prompt resolution to any issues/concerns

I have ordered a couple of times from this site and have never been disappointed.
They run excellent promotions, stock a good range of brands and products and have great customer service.
I also like that my orders so far have been sent via Royal Mail 48 hour postage, so I don’t have to wait too long and there is of course the option to upgrade to next day delivery.
I received some little samples in my most recent order which is always a nice surprise, the samples were for the brand that I had ordered and for products that I hadn’t tried yet which is great as sometimes it’s hard to decide whether to order a product without trying it first.
If you sign up the emails you get notified of promotions but not spammed with unnecessary emails which I also rate.

Please avoid at all costs regardless of seemingly attractive prices and special offers. Tempted away from our usual supplier with special discounts and placed an order from the MaleSkin website which showed all items as in stock. Chased this order 5 times and have been promised immediate first class dispatch but nothing for almost 3 weeks. Eventually a parcel arrived with missing items and products substituted without prior agreement. Requested a refund but have been told to return the unwanted items first. Unfortunately unable to return two of the three products as they’ve not been delivered.
Customer Services believe they’ve done their best and it’s no their fault. Better to obtain exactly what you ordered from a reputable supplier even if it looks more expensive.

This is a scam. All the negative reviews are 100% accurate. You will get an email from Lucy telling you your item is out of stock and will offer you some second grade replacement! I’ve reported the transaction to my credit card company who are investigating the matter.

This website needs to be reported somewhere to ensure they are shut down!!!

Once again excellent service, delivery and communication from Lucy at Maleskin. The sun cream delivered was exactly what I expected and at a fair price.

Scam! And the reviews you’re reading are fake.

Absolute scam. Ordered an item, in stock on the website, took my money then emailed me to tell me it was actually out of stock. Still in stock on the website by the way.

Offered me an alternative as to which I rejected, said they’d send a refund, no refund came. Countless emails back and forth about this refund, being told ‘it wasn’t processed’ etc excuse after excuse and highly unprofessional. Took a look at their Instagram page which is a combination of recycled photos and bad photo shop jobs. Still waiting on my refund, having to dispute with the bank and have reported them to trading standards.

Do not buy from them, scam.

Buy all my skincare products at Maleskin. They are far the cheapest and stock all the products I use. Delivery has always arrived promptly and on the one occasion there was a delay I was kept fully aware. Highly recommend. Don’t go anywhere else.

Maleskin had several Elemis items I was looking for which were out of stock on my usual sites. Maleskin also run the odd promotion which I keep an eye out for. Items arrive promptly and in tamper- proof packaging. I've had so many items go missing in site branded packaging. Was very pleased and would recommend!
