much better then before

Very poor network service. I have almost no signal on my phone, and the internet is extremely slow. I am not satisfied with the service and would not recommend it.now its better after complain.

Lack of Contact

Had real trouble with my eSIM at the very beginning of my trip and attempted to call and email. I did not receive anything back until two days after I left. I would work on getting back to emails and/or returning calls. Otherwise It seemed the prices were fine.
