Bad proxy and support doesn't want to do refunds
TOTAL SCAM SERVICE
I attempted to request a refund through the company's website, but there was no self-service refund option available. The only method provided was to email them directly asking for a refund. I sent that email over one week ago, and I have not even received a confirmation that they received my request.
On the website, it clearly states that customers have a 12-day window to obtain a refund. However, if they do not respond to the email I sent, how will I be able to get the refund processed within that 12day timeframe? My customer ID is lu5840567.
I am concerned that the lack of response so far, combined with the quickly approaching refund deadline, may result in me missing the opportunity for a refund that I am eligible for according to their policy. What should I do to ensure my refund request is addressed promptly?

Unresolved Issues and Poor Service from Lunaproxy
I purchased Lunaproxy's IP proxy service on May 7th, but I've faced constant issues. The IPs provided are recognized as server IPs, not residential, preventing me from accessing my intended website. Despite multiple requests for a genuine residential IP, Lunaproxy has failed to resolve the issue.
Their support insists on using IPinfo as the sole standard, disregarding the fact that other websites consistently identify the IPs as server IPs from Octopus Web Solution Inc., a known server provider.
Communication has been poor, with long delays and no updates on a resolution. They have not agreed to provide a refund despite the ongoing issues.
Their poor Trustpilot rating (3.4) should have been a warning sign. I strongly advise against using Lunaproxy due to their unresolved issues, inadequate solutions, and lack of customer support. Save yourself the frustration and look for a more reliable provider.

EDIT (May 21st): After escalating the issue and providing evidence of the ongoing problems, I was eventually able to secure a refund from Lunaproxy. However, the process was unnecessarily drawn out and frustrating.

Traffic Usage Scam
You buy 5gb, you get 500mb.
They raise the traffic usage artificially so that you use your credit amount faster than normaly.
I tracked my usage and it wasn´t nearly that what I got billed.
Can´t recommend - will never purchase anything again and will get the money back by credit card
