Well, my bot wont work not until a friend recommended LunaProxy and so far its been satisfying and scraping is once again going smoothly although slow.

100% Bad proxy site, support system very bad

Do not give them your money! Their proxies are extremely slow. Customer support will refuse to refund you and will always come up with excuses to avoid doing so!

I am currently in the process of taking legal action against them and am discussing this with my lawyer, as I am clearly not the only one affected. We are also looking into joining forces with others to pursue this matter together.

Lunaproxy is the best proxy i ever bought, because of his quality, efficiency and it´s easy to use,easy to understand for that reasons i started and continue using it, i´m really happy be part of his happy family.

I have been using Luna proxy for more than 6 months now and I have never had any issues with their proxy sometimes I wish I knew this platform earlier their proxies are very fast

I use Luna Proxy for all my Instagram accounts and it has never given me any issues. The geo targeting is always accurate and stable. Sometimes the speed can drop a little, but that’s completely normal for any provider and it never affects the workflow. For the price, I highly recommend it!

The support team is always ready to help with any issues. In short, this is a service that offers the good, reliable service I need. Thank you.

I purchased LunaProxy specifically for their YouTube video download API feature, but the experience has been absolutely terrible from day one.

The Problems:

1. Feature Broken for Over a Week: I first reported the issue on November 7th. Their support claimed they "fixed the issue" on November 8th and again on November 10th, but the service remained completely broken until
November 19th - 12 days later.
2. Tasks Stuck in Limbo (Nov 10-17): During this period, all download tasks showed status as "In Progress" but were actually completely frozen. Every task was stuck at 0 progress, consuming 0.00 MB - the API was accepting
requests but doing absolutely nothing. Multiple tasks just sat there pretending to work while accomplishing zero downloads.
3. Poor Success Rate Even When Finally "Working": On November 19th, when the service finally worked for the first time, it only succeeded on 4 out of 5 requested videos (80% success rate). One video still failed despite
their multiple "fixes."
4. Extremely Slow Download Speed: That one partially successful task took 40 minutes to download just 2.15GB, achieving only 7.25 Mbps - roughly 7% of normal broadband speeds. Completely unacceptable for a paid proxy
service.
5. Empty Promises from Support: Despite their support team claiming twice that they had "fixed the issue," the problems persisted for nearly two weeks. Their "fixes" were clearly ineffective - tasks remained stuck at 0%
for a full week after their second "fix."
6. Refund Refused: After waiting patiently for nearly two weeks with virtually no working service, I informed them on November 17th that we had been forced to complete our downloads through alternative channels. On
November 25th, they flatly refused my refund request, stating "refunds are not available under the current circumstances" - despite their advertised feature being fundamentally broken.

- Nov 7: Issue reported
- Nov 8 & 10: Support claims "fixed" (both times false)
- Nov 10-17: All tasks stuck at 0% progress, 0.00 MB consumed - complete service failure
- Nov 19: First partial success after 12 days (4/5 videos, extremely slow)

The Bottom Line:

- The YouTube download feature is extremely outdated and unreliable
- Service was completely non-functional for 12+ days, with tasks frozen at 0%
- When it finally "worked," it only achieved 80% success rate with abysmal speeds
- They keep your money even when their advertised features don't work
- My subscription expires December 7th - effectively wasted money

I've been forced to use other services to complete my work. LunaProxy took my money for a feature that barely works and refuses to refund it. Avoid this company if you need reliable YouTube downloading capabilities.

I have used the worst service provider. One hour after purchasing, I found out that the IP they promised was clean but they gave me a garbage IP. I asked for a refund but they refused. They said they would refund me unconditionally on the same day.

This is the worst proxy I’ve ever used. I loaded 100 GB, but I’m disappointed with the slow connection.

Unfortunately, they are scammers. I recharged my wallet, but the funds never arrived. I wrote to support about my money, but no one answers me!

The uptime, IPs and pricing as a reseller are good. But the support is absolutely terrible. For some reason, they do not respond to any emails sent from my company email address, but they do reply to Gmail. Even when they do reply, it's never useful. I asked them to add more gateways, e.g. for South America, and for months they have just given me generic responses such as 'we have forwarded your request to the manager'.

Today I paid for the ISP Proxy traffic, but after payment my balance has become negative, support said that I had previously exceeded traffic, how could it be why they didn’t turn off the proxy, I didn’t even use them. As a result, I lost money, be careful this scammers!

Simply a scam company, the positive reviews here are all similarly stated and look like they hired themselves to make fake reviews. I bought two static residential addresses from their website, one still claiming to be a native IP, both priced well above market. As a result, both addresses were recognized as proxy IPs on commonly used testing sites, and one of them had a very high fraud score that made it impossible to use. The first thing I did was to get a refund from them, but there was no online customer service, only emails, and they only replied to me once in a day or two, and they were all in perfunctory terms, and wouldn't give me a refund. The agent expired without giving me a solution. Pure scammer, don't fall for it.
Of the agencies I've used, this is the highest price per unit and the worst quality & service.
