SCAM!!!
Bought a USA ISP PRoxy and when i got the proxy it shows different location. Reported to support and they are acting like robots and now stopped responding after 2 days so DO NOT BUY FROM THEM !!!!!!!!1

I am extremely disappointed with LunaProxy. Their website and support are terrible, and they breach their own terms of service. Despite not using their service, they ran up my bandwidth. To make matters worse, they do not pay on referrals. I had a friend sign up using my link right in front of me, yet LunaProxy claims he did not use my link. How is this possible? I would not recommend LunaProxy to anyone.

i paid with crypto matic polygon for 5GB residential proxies, and payment is already confirmed on blockchain, but didn't success in lunaproxy app.
it's been 9 days contacting support to resolve the problem and check the payment, but no one cares about me, very bad support. and finally they answer me that "Hello, after checking, we have not received your payment. Please contact your payment platform to check your payment status." i already send TX ID and Order ID, and it's already confirmed they can simply check it on blockchain.
Stay away from this scam company!

I purchased a 5GB residential proxy package from LunaProxy, but my experience has been nothing short of frustrating. The website is overly complicated, and after spending an entire day trying to figure out how to use the proxies, I was still unable to make them work.

I reached out to customer support via email, hoping for assistance or at least a refund, but it's been days with no response. This is unacceptable. I paid for a service that I couldn't even use and now can't get any support to resolve the issue.

I had a terrible experience with Lunaproxy and would not recommend their services. I initially chose them for a proxy service but quickly ran into multiple issues.

First, the ISP was listed as "Medium Risk" on Scamalytics, which raised a red flag about the quality of their proxies. To make matters worse, when I checked on Ping0.cc, the ISP was recognized as a hosting provider, which is not what I was expecting for a legitimate proxy service.

Despite these concerns, I reached out to their support team for clarification and to request a refund, given that the service was not as advertised. However, Lunaproxy refused to issue a refund and provided no helpful resolution. Their customer service was unresponsive, leaving me frustrated and disappointed.

I expected a professional service, but instead, I encountered misleading information and a lack of accountability. Save your time and money—there are far better, more reliable providers out there.

I purchased the Dynamic Residential Proxy service from Lunaproxy with high expectations, but unfortunately, it has been a very disappointing experience. Every proxy I tried was invalid and didn't work as promised. I reached out to support multiple times, providing screenshots and videos to demonstrate the issue, but I've received no response.

I feel completely scammed, I bought a residential proxy for a period of one week, which should be in Turkey but is actually in Singapore. They refuse to give me my money back. Don't fall for it. Scammers!!

Within 20 minutes of purchase, I discovered that the proxy failed to meet basic quality standards. I used Pixelscan.net, a widely respected tool in the industry, to evaluate the proxy. The results showed inconsistent browser fingerprints and a high-risk score, rendering the proxy unusable for any business purpose.

When I reported the issue to Luna Proxy's customer support and requested a refund, they dismissed the evidence from Pixelscan.net, claiming they could not verify its reliability. Instead, they insisted on using ipinfo.io, which does not provide the necessary metrics to assess proxy quality. This is a clear double standard, as they expect customers to trust their preferred verification site while refusing to acknowledge a well-known industry tool.

Despite meeting all the conditions for a refund as outlined in their refund policy, Luna Proxy has refused to honor my request. Their policy states that a refund is warranted if the service is unusable due to issues beyond the customer's control and if they cannot resolve the problem within 10 days. It has been significantly longer than 10 days, and they have yet to provide a resolution.

Their customer support has been evasive and unhelpful, continuously stalling and avoiding accountability. This behavior is not only unprofessional but also indicative of deceptive practices.

If you are considering purchasing proxy services, I strongly advise against using Luna Proxy. Their products are unreliable, and their customer service is dismissive and uncooperative. Save yourself the frustration and choose a provider that values transparency and customer satisfaction.

A fake platform. The website claims that it supports unlimited dynamic residential traffic and unlimited concurrent traffic, but after purchasing, it is completely different from what is described. 80% of the returned IPs are unusable, and there is no customer service contact information. There is only a stupid AI customer service on the website that perfunctorily responds to you, and will not reply to you when you send emails! This is a scam website

This company is not serious. They sell low quality proxies and when you ask for a refund, they take you back and forth. They have totally refused to refund my $20. I have been texting them, but to no avail. I asked for refund 30 minutes after i purchased the proxy because the proxy returned high risks scores and poor quality when i scanned using proxy checker.

I used lunaproxy for a while and the support is just awful. If you have a proxy with a high fraudscore they answer late and don't provide any support but forward you to a website without giving you a specific website link. You can't find this website and send them a picture of the fraudscore cause as it seems they are to lazy to just copy and paste the proxy IP. Just awful! They extend the process so they don't have to refund your proxie and leave you with a bad proxy that has a fraudscore so high that you basically can't do a lot in the www without getting banned fast. If you want a good proxy provider DON'T use lunaproxy I'm done with them.

very slow proxy, they do not refund even with all the proof sent. I suggest you think carefully before buying, it's not worth it. poor quality product. There are products 10 times cheaper with much higher quality. You can see that the majority of reviews complain for the same reason, which shows that the company is disrespectful to its customers. I don't recommend it and I won't ever buy it.

I just wanted a proxy to browse Australian TV. What I got was a bunch of tutorials on how to use a system that would give me a proxy. I asked for my money back and just kept getting the same response. " look at the tutorials". They refuse to give me my money back or more importantly cancel my account.

To top it off, I found out you’re leeching off other companies’ servers, like ‘VPN Gate’ and ‘ProtonVPN,’ plus, your so-called ‘200M+ Excellent Residential Proxy’ is a blatant lie, know how may proxy bright data has? 72M, not even half of yours! It’s all fake, a facade to lure in customers. You’ve crossed the line from mere incompetence to outright fraud, and I won’t stand for it. I demand immediate action, a full refund, and an explanation for this deceit. Rest assured, I will not rest until this is resolved and everyone knows the truth about your deceitful practices.
