We were made to feel welcome by Darrell from the minute we got to look at the caravans we were going to look at right through to driving away on the day we picked up the caravan.At no time did we feel under pressure and everything was explained clearly.We wouldn't hesitate to recommend Kimberley to others looking to change vans.

I purchased a motorhome in November 2023 it had a known fault with water level sensors which they agreed to rectify post sale! After lots of promising, lies and incompetence they eventually resolved the problem in May 2026 yes May 2026.

A great experience yet again, our second van purchased from Kimberley, always a pleasure to do business with, very friendly staff, great handover, definitely deal with again.

Having decided we needed to update our caravan, we went to Kimberly as they are our local dealership with a good reputation.
The salesman Richard was extremely friendly, helpful and professional, making the purchase easy and stress free.
On the day of the handover, we were met by Paul, who, again, was extremely friendly, helpful and professional. He gave us a tour of the new caravan, giving us an in-depth tutorial on how everything worked and the do's and don'ts on the systems.
All in all, a pleasant, stress free experience from start to finish.

Cannot thanks Matt enough for his help and attention to detail in our purchasing of our new Motorhome. From our initial visit, the viewing and his demonstration, organising the deposit payment, through answering numerous phone calls from us about the smaller details, carpet colours, size of this or that, tv brackets, etc, through to the final payment and actually driving away, his professionalism, and his calmness, bless him, were a credit to him and the company. I would wholeheartedly recommend you to have a look here if youre thinking of purchasing a Motorhome or Caravan.

Dealer fit accessories missing at handover, despite been ordered at the same time as Campervan and them having over 2 months to acquire and fit prior to our collection date. We then had to return (and collect) the vehicle at our cost for fuel and time, and were without it for nearly a week. We also asked for a couple of issues we noticed to be investigated and repaired if possible while it was back at the dealer, that was only partly done even though we were assured all reported issues had been resolved.

Over another 1.5 years on, we had a phone a year or so after my second review to say they would get the problems sorted. Surprise nothing has happened since. I have fortunately managed to get several friends to avoid this company, and will continue to do so, the after sales service is really poor. I have no hope of these problems being resolved. I expect another stock reply trying persuade people this is not what they want, but it is just a ploy to try and counteract negative comments.

Excellent informative handover of our new 2026 Coachman Lusso 2

I organised to drop my van off on the Saturday before the service on the following Tuesday. They had not told anybody of this which caused confusion for the shop sales department as the service department don't work Saturdays. I reported an issue we had with a leaking tap which prevented us filling the water tank up a month before the service to be told to wait for the service as they would resolve it then. It wasn't resolved and were told we needed a new tap fitting, 3 weeks later they said the warranty claim has been approved but we are still waiting for the new tap to arrive. We can't use the van as intended until the tap is replaced, hopefully before the end of summer. Very poor service for a van under warranty.
