The salesman Darryl was extremely responsive, helpful and thorough and supervised a new employee who talked us through details. All staff were great.

Having purchased a number of new caravans with them at Nottingham had them service also I ask them to get me 4skirt rail end caps for my swift caravan they basiclly said it wasn’t cost effective for them to order from swift so I’m done with them perthetic .if I’d have said can I bring it in for them to do the work I bet the story would have been different .I rung lowdam caravans 1hr later no issues on order

Went to pickup our New motorhome the handover was comprehensive right down to torqueing every wheel ,Lee and his team couldn't have been more helpful even helped with moving over our stuff and sorting out any worries my wife had,Fist class experience would recommend them we will use them again Thanks

We would like to put on record the excellent customer service we have received relating to alarm issues with our CV20. Steve Morris kept us informed relating to the progress of the alarm system and Matty Inns worked tirelessly on getting the system fixed for us. We cannot thank them enough and thought that this recognition would be perfect for everyone to see. Steve and Matty are a credit to Kimberley Caravans and thank you both so much.

The worst service department ever they never do anything right, say they will do things but never do, and make a mess of your caravan I wouldn't trust them to do anything I could go on and on but I'll be here all day just keep away from them

The experience with the service team was not good it took 7 months to sort a decal under warranty and I have to fit it my self or pay them I will not take my caravan to them again

Purchased my first caravan through Kimberley Caravans and they made the whole process simple and enjoyable.

From the moment I placed a deposit, Matt and the rest of the team were kind, accommodating and easily reachable.

The minor improvements noted on inspection were carried out quickly, efficiently and with a smile.

On the day of collection, I had an issue with my tow vehicle which they did their best to rectify for me when they had no obligation to do so but again, did it with a smile and attention to detail.

I can honestly say that they were fantastic and I can’t recommend them enough! Whether that be if you’re thinking about making a purchase on a new caravan, second hand or in my case, your first step into caravan life.
