Purchased Hue hearing aid. Great.

Purchased hearing aid in May, delivery was a little maybe 4 or 5 days late. Hearing aid was fine worked well. Found damping bulb with a little spittle made it easier to locate in ear. After 3 weeks it stopped working. I notified the company and then read some awful press. My experience does not relate to what I read. My email was answered next day. The writer said you seem to have tried everything to put it right without success, we will send a replacement. The new one arrived in about 12 days and has been great ever since, ordered a pack of wax guards at same time they arrived the day before. I have no complaints. A problem quickly solved is a great endorsement.

Try them

Hi, Given the negative reviews with trepidation I decided to try Hue hearing . I thought given they are so inexpensive compared to traditional hearing aids and it saves a trip to a specialist I would given them a try (The saving is enormous!!!). I was kept well informed of the delivery process and they arrived exactly as promised. The presentation in their box and the tool set looks very professional with easy to follow instructions. They definitely improve my hearing.

Honest and helpful company

Ordered a hearing aid from Hue and unfortunately I could not get it to fit. The company did it’s utmost to help but, eventually I requested a refund. They were courteous and efficient repaying the amount to my credit card. I admire the way they dealt with my issue and recommend them as a company. HB

ordered online I was advised of a small delay in Shipping ..... They still arrived quicker than expected. They work perfectly and I don't feel self conscious wearing them as I do with over ear model. 1st Class Purchase Thank You Hue

Don't work

Don't work. Took forever to get refund and then they shorted me $10. Crooks are more forthright.

Great service, great product.

I'm glad I didn't see these reviews before I ordered my hearing aid. The service so far has been faultless. There were frequent updates regarding delivery and the product itself works really well. It doesn't have all the bells and whistles of the high street retailers with the only adjustments being the volume and ear bud size. However, it costs a fraction of the price and means I can now hear out of my right ear again which is great. I'm very pleased.

Hue Hearing is a miserable, inept company

Although they claimed to have shipped the hearing aids the day after I ordered and paid with a credit card, after three weeks, the package tracking information showed no movement. I emailed and asked them to cancel my order due to the non-delivery of the items. They said they could not cancel the order because the items had already been shipped. I needed the hearing aids, and ordered hearing aids from another company. Those items were promptly delivered. From there, it went downhill with my Hue Hearing order -- too many customer support errors to relate here. Hue Hearing is incompetent, inflexible, and probably dishonest too. After many hours spent with numerous email messages trying to get a refund, I gave up. They would not refund my money. Note that the Better Business Bureau gives them a rating of "F". DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE.

Excellent Service

This review is not so much about the hearing aids but more about the service I received.
There was an issue with the purchase of this item but it was dealt with very quickly and very efficiently .

Definitely not a scam as some reviews are inferring.

I ordered the small hearing aids from…

I am a 70 year old pensioner and I ordered the small hearing aids from this company and received the a day or two earlier than I expected but from the very start one gave no sound and the other continues to whistle no matter what size of cone input on it, I have tried to contact them through email and phone but there phone number doesn't seem to exist, now I am £107 down and stuck with a set of hearing aids that unless

Good service and workmanship

My husband is enjoying them very much. They are totally invisible and definitely work.
Also, the service is wonderful. When one of them stopped working for no reason, they sent us a replacement no questions asked.
It took a while for them to be shipped but was totally worth the wait

I am still waiting for my money back,l…

I am still waiting for my money back,l have sent and recived over 20 emails all saying money has been refunded,but the last 4 digits they shown me has nothing to do with my wifes account(as she bought them for my 75 birthday.we have shown bank statment for time they say sent as you have guessed nothing and noe smarmy emails.Don't buy,unless you want nice little boxes,as that's it earing aids not wanted,no refund they say no don't send back please keep!what for if no good to me,yes give them to someone else.ALL I WANT IS MONEY TO BE REPAID TO MY WIFES ACCOUNT ,NOT A ACCOUNT WE KNOW NOTHING ABOUT.

Ordered these hearing aids for my father
Arrived 2-3 weeks later, my father tried it out, all it did was make a noise in his ear, the size attachments were useless, one piece of junk
Please don’t waste your hard earned money on this crap

Great for price.

I used this company when I found I couldn’t use my over ear ones with having to wear masks and glasses. Delivery wasn’t the fastest but was happy to wait. I found these after trying others that just didn’t fit my ear canal. These were great for work and the batteries are size 10 which are readily available on EBay. I can highly recommend these as they do an adequate job for me.

Why such bad Reviews?

I really don't understand why there are such awful reviews here I have had exemplary service from then. My hearing aids didn't fit properly so I contacted them and everytime had a reply within 24hrs I requested a refund and how to send them back and was told to keep them and give them to soneone if I wanted to plus the year supply of batteries and I would receive a refund within 3 days. Refund processed and back on my card. How can u fault that.

Purchased earing aides,wasn't for us but Excellent Customer Service, would recommend

We purchased these invisible earing aids for my 84 year old father, they took approx 3 weeks to arrive. There was an offer on that said if you were unhappy with them you could return them free of charge and be fully refunded, so I felt confident about purchasing them even though I had not heard anything about the company.

Normally, I check reviews about Companies I have not dealt with before on here Trustpilot before I make a decision, unfortunately, I forgot to do this for some reason this time and probably one of the only times, I am glad I didnt has they haven't got a very good read up on here for some reason.

On receipt of the earing aides we tried them in my fathers ears, and there was definitely a positive difference, my father earing far better with these (after a little adjusting of the sound and sizes), the downside, again I didn't think before we sent for them, but they were so small and my father has impaired vision also putting the batteries in and out would of been a problem for him, were no one else around because of the size of them and the fact he can hardly see, were he to drop one, I do not doubt, he would prob not find it again. If my fathers only issue was his earing these would have been ideal. We decided to return the earing aides and request a full refund.

Initially I attempted to contact Hue Hearing by telephone only to discover the telephone number doesn't work from the UK I tried a variety of different codes with the number and when I put code for China before it that did ring and ring but no one answered.

I thought oh gosh, this is probably a scam, however, I contacted Hue by email, what brillant customer service, I spoke with a Samantha she assured me if the earing aides were no good we would get a full refund, however this could take between 5 - 10 business days to clear into our account. Five business days on and I have received a Full refund for the earing aides. I would highly recommend the product if you don't have any sight issues as they do, do as it says on the box.

A little device made a lot of difference

I ordered a hearing aid on the 8th May for the left ear and then read the terrible reviews. I have to say, I was very worried.
I received the parcel on Monday 23rd May and couldn't be happier.
The instructions were easy and clear and what a difference it has made. It's very early days, but am wearing it today for work and can actually hear what customers are saying!
I would thoroughly recommend.

Can't understand the negative reviews…

Can't understand the negative reviews on this company. Yes the hearing aids took a bit of time to arrive and in my case they weren't suitable but I got in touch with them after about a month and straight away they got back to me
They said the were sorry I wasn't satisfied but they would refund and I was to keep the hearing aids.
So although they didn't work for me I'm 100% happy. The money is now paid back to my bank

The person who I am related too…

The person who I am related too purchased the hearing aids from this company from going through all hearing aids on a screen the price was good he ordered them.

They were really good and the offer that hue would let you know the batteries that are sufficient for the product but no advice on other supply's the person who ordered these wanted too know if the right Wax gaurds are in Boot's and I enquired and picked up they were used in the blue hearing aid they were not easy for the person concerned too use and asked me too return too talk too Boot's they only changed the red hearing aid and was easy and not both.
The volume was working but wax gaurds not

The red hearing aid volume could not be turned up


The instruction manual has a few pictures the brush end is recommended to be used for volume and magnetic and should be used with the batteries.
The person told me showed me the additional screwdrivers he used to adjust the volume with instead.

It does say that they do take 2 Months too arrive and requires these by this Tuesday 9th May he used these for the appointment for lazer eye treatment and had issues on Thursday 5th May he did have 4 days ago but just Brought them up late at 4.50pm.

The phone number is no good and emails may be they only option he has in England

Tried to buy

Tried to buy. Used two different cards. Both times I was asked to enter my name exactly as on the card (which I had done). Made me wonder if they were just trying to collect all my credit/debit card details.

Don't do business with Huehearing.com!

I purchased a pair of hearing aides from Huehearing.com at the end of Feb. 2022. I took forever for them to arrive, I have since found out they come from China. They worked for only a couple of days. I had purchased the 3 yr. extended warranty & they replaced them, then again I had to wait an additional 3 weeks for them to arrive. The 2nd pr lasted about a week. The 3rd pr arrived a month later & only the left (blue) one worked for the longest time. We are now into the 3rd week of April & I tried contacting about a lost hearing aid & they have chosen to ignore my emails. You can't call then because there is no one to answer the phones. I have sent numerous emails with no replies. The only reason I chose this company was because they claimed they had a 5 star rating with Trustpilot, which is false. I am so glad I hadn't spent allot of money with this company. They are fraudulent & will rip you off.
