Don't Buy from Hue Hearing - No Hearing Aids
I agree with the person who just stated that this company was a scam. I ordered and paid the $64 in change on the 22nd of august. I even have my order number, and yes I have a tracking number. But every piece of tracking information has no specific state or city to it. I am beginning to think that I fell victim to a scam. It has been well over the 12 to 14 days and it says when you order. Please do not order from this company. You're better to order something from Amazon that will be delivered to you in a couple of days and pay just a little bit more.

I cannot say anything about the product because they can't seem to figure out their shipping issues. They took my money quick enough but cannot produce the product nor tell me where it is! I'm pretty sure they send everything via pony express.

Total scam. Have never ordered anything from them yet just got a ‘receipt’ for £140 for hearing aids! They’ve even got the last four digits of my credit card number! I tried to contact the card company today only to find that both telephone lines and digital communications are all down. BEWARE!

Total SCAM
Total SCAM! Ordered August 17, 2022. It is supposed to take 14 days according to their advertising. Sent tracking info. USPS received "Shipping Label" on August 27, 2022 and nothing since. They tell me all of the propaganda but still no hearing aids. I requested a refund on 9/13/2022 because they could not produce the product and have heard nothing. Please check company ratings before you buy.

My only complaint was the time it too to reach me. I reached out to customer service and received it immediately thereafter. It works well for the moderate price. Completely stops the buzzing in my ear. I had forgotten how much I have missed hearing.

I’m having second thoughts about this…
I’m having second thoughts about this company. I ordered a pair of hearing aids along with ‘express delivery’. That was almost 2 weeks ago. And although I’ve sent a few inquiring emails I have received no reply. I’m getting quite annoyed ! An apparently good (though simple) product at a good price with no ‘middle man’, let down by poor after sales service. Hopefully, they will redeem themselves.
Update: The product was shipped 14 days after ordering & duly arrived a few days later. They did apologise for the delay. So now we see how good these little gadgets are.

Wax guard for hue hearing
I ordered wax guards for the hearing aids and showed a picture of 5 or 6 for $9.97 but after just over a month received only ONE! The hearing aids are cheap and adequate. I did get a response and it showed all 5 wax guards were at the bottom of the card. They are tiny, but they ate there.

SHAME
The hearing aid was totally unsuitable for my use. As someone with greatly reduced vision in the first place had to seek help even turning it on and off, also could not get aid to fit into ear and 'stay' in place. Tried all covers-just squealing!
Have tried to get an address to return via their recommended returns procedure. What a nonsense. Just getting emails with absolutely no relevant information. All I want is the return address and or Label to do same. Delay, delay, delay-shame on your company!

I ordered my Hue hearing aids on Aug 23,2022. Payment was taken from my account next day. I heard nothing from them until they responded to my inquiry. Miraculously my product shipped that day Aug 31. Now in Transit, how does it take so long for orders to process and long transit. They are coming from CA to Nevada, not tat far.

I ordered 2 hearing aids in May 2022. Within a couple of uses the plastic removal aid has broken and the right aid stopped working altogether. I complained and in fairness they sent a replacement set free of charge. However I now find myself in the position that the right hearing aid has stopped working again! Not worth the hassle or money. Very disappointed and couldn’t recommend to anyone

My first order went astray in transit. I received full refund one month after order. My second order i found excellent. When I purchased it I decided to take the warranty because it was so reasonable. As can happen with all electronics, the following year I experienced problems with it. An email to HueHearing received an immediate reply and replacement was shipped the next day free of charge. It works great just like the original one. This is a company that not only supplies quality products at excellent prices but also stands by its warranty. Highly recommended.

Where are they????
My Hue hearing aids were ordered July 27th, it's now August 17th. No hearing aids. They have been "in transit" for nearly two weeks, here in the Charleston area. HUH? No help from HUE. If and when they get here, they are going right back as I got smart and have and appointment with a REAL hearing specialist. What's the old line, "you get what you pay for". Or in the words of Judge Millian, "the cheap comes out expensive". So true.

2 replied emails saying the same thing....telling me how to get my blue hearing aid to work. It doesn't work. It has stopped working. I have tried all the remedies. The red one whistles too much and the amplification is so Tinny I can't understand most of what's said. I just want my refund!

I was very disappointed with the service received as I had one of the aides stop working about a month into the purchase. I had to wait obviously to have both of them to know if they worked for me. It took another 2 months to get the replacement sent to me. My frustration comes from the fact that I had very little time to evaluate how they worked for me. I would say I only had a week or two. The 90 days should begin with the time that I had both of them working on both sides to be able to make a proper evaluation. Sadly they did not work for me and I I would have liked to have returned them based on the 90 day guarantee but despite the emails I sent I never received a response. I think it is probably a decent product but the problem I'm having with hearing is not answered by this product. I would have liked to have had the complete 90 days to have evaluated the product so therefore I cannot give a rating above one star because it took so long to get the approval to have the replacement aid sent. One month service is not a shining example of great service.

If I could give ZERO stars, I would. Please never ever order from this company. I am filing a fraud claim with my credit union to get my money back. I ordered a pair of their hearing aids on July 7. On July 8 I got an email that they had shipped and were on their way. However, the tracking system only tells you they are in transit and never where they are or when you will get them. They come from overseas. I paid for priority shipping, which is MEANINGLESS, I found out. They took my money immediately but I doubt I will ever get them. It is now the 18th of July. I have corresponded with them twice by phone and 5 times by email. The emails always say 3 to 5 business days, which means I should have gotten them by the 14th at the latest. But today, when I called a very rude woman in customer service, she said they were "on a plane" from out of the country, that they have no expedited shipping, Priority just means when they get to the post office in America, they are then Priority Mail. And she insisted that every order, whether you paid for priority shipping or not, takes 12 to 14 BUSINESS days. When I read her the emails that all say 3 to 5 Business days, she said "Well I don't work in the email department." This company is perpetrating fraud, or at the very least, false advertising. I am going to get my Credit Union to credit my account and pursue a fraud claim. I intend to leave reviews everywhere I can. BUYER BEWARE!
