Very bad. It is almost over a month since I bought the "amazing" hearing aid. They keep telling me different dates of arrival of the aid. I am beginning to think it's a scam.

Where were these reviews when looking for hearing aids. Their site shows only steller reviews and doesn't allow to review how incredibly poor this company truly is. My story is like 99% of the the true reviews on the BBB site so I'll not bore you with the same. Save yourself some stress. Find another source. This is a
"DOG AND PONY SHOW" at best. False claims and offers with the intent of shaming seniors.

I received the hearing aids in 3 weeks without batteries and they said they were including extra batteries . When I contacted them they asked me to send a photo of what was in the package . Da I suggest staying away from them.

This company will steal your money so beware....ordered hearing aid and never received product and they just give me the run around...nothing but thieves!!!

Please do not purchase from this company. I plead with you. Device faulty after 2 weeks. One email reply to issue with device. Then all communication cut. They say 90 day return this is simply not true. Please do not risk your money with them

I have not received the hearing aids ordered for my mum pity I didn't read the reviews first. They have not even bothered to answer query about deliver of item. Buyer be aware

I have now received mum's hearing aid. And an apology for the delay.

Have had for 2 weeks…. Constantly messing with volume control, because will work for 20-30 minutes, then just stop, have to remove, open battery compartment, close and then after 20-30 minutes… again same thing…. They are representing these things as great.. if this is great, boy I’d hate to see bad! They have made a pile of money in a short period of time, with no refund or poor customer service… shame

Totally crap, they squeal every time I put them in I tried turning the volume down but then I can't hear anything I called the company twice and no response do not waste your money or your time this is a complete scam you're better off getting hearing aids from a regular hearing company like Miracle-Ear where they take an impression of your ears and you have a 5-year warranty. And I repeat do not buy this junkie hearing aids from Hue hearing.

I am a Volunteer Medical First Responder I ordered a set of these hearing aids not knowing there were so many negative complaints against this company. Well, I fell victim to their phony ad and had to pay the consequences.
I placed my order and they got my payment in less then 1 minute and withdrew the funds from my credit card account right away. They jacked around and gave me a number of emails (pure bs) that were phony excuses and no real answer as to where were my hearing aids were. Weeks went by, I needed hearing aids as my position required I distinctly hear the situations I am in. After the last excuse I went to a Registered Hearing Aid Center and in 2 days I had custom fit hearing aids that have been a life changer.
HueHearing is so full of phony excuses its not right they are allowed to operate.
The final blow came after I finally received my order, I didn't even use them, it was too late, I filed for a return. Now the bs even got worse, I went through a round of questioning doing nothing more then aggravating situation. I finely got the return authorization and shipping label. I sent their package back to them just as I received it. It was on its way. With their package back in their hands, now they say it's going to take a week to 10 days for the credit. BS, it only took them a minute to get my full payment, it doesn't take week to 10 days for them REFUND MY FULL PAYMENT!
I kept emailing till Sarah, she said "it will be processed in 5 days", hell we were already 5 days in to it at this time. I receive the credit to my credit card account MINUS $9.47. What the heck are they doing now? Here is their bold face advertisement-

Nothing mentioned anywhere about shipping fee for returning their product, which was late by weeks jeopardizing my job, as they well knew. Now they kept $9.47 of my full payment to pay for their incompetence.

This company has beyond a doubt showed me their shady business operation.

I ordered the hearing aids and batteries for them.ordered and received in time.They squealed so bad could not wear.returned with shipping labels PPD by Hue and have still not received refund for 2 months,still waiting.

This company should be investigated - I bought a set of their Hearing Aids and I was not able to use them as the volume control mechanism was completely useless - I contacted them and they thanked me for Reaching Out - presumably referring to my email. I have contacted them several times re my complaint an d they now completely ignore my emails. I have asked them to operate their 90 day return policy but met with a brick wall. Every time I look to see if there are any adverse reviews I am directed to their website to be confronted by hard selling propaganda urging me to purchase their hearing aids.My request for a complete refund in line with their well advertised 90 day refund policy I am totally ignored. This company should be investigated by the Advertising Standards Authority. I have had to get my bank involved to process a disputed transaction and get my refund.

i cant get on with the hearing aid and have sent three emails asking for a refund and have had no reply at all very disapointing

I bought my hearing aides last year and they quit working very shortly after I got them. I emailed and told them I wanted to send them back. They responded that if I didn't like them it was fine and the would refund my money and I could just give my hearing aides to someone else. Well that went on for awhile, I finally turned it over to my credit card company. WHEN MAKING PURCHASES SUCH AS THIS ALWAYS USE YOUR CREDIT CARD AND KEEP ALL OF YOUR EMAILS. Your credit card company will stand behind you and take care of things for you. They have helped me twice so far.....

Ordered 2 weeks ago. Just got an email saying they were shipped. They're site says they are in San Jose. When I called to inquire the rep. said they come from overseas. The company falsely advertises!😠

Sent for hearing aids in Jan, #131423. Unfortunately they wouldn’t fit in my ears. Returned them by recorded delivery (BN247085463GB) 5 days later with covering letter requesting a refund. Parcel was received and signed for. Have emailed Hue at their help email 3 more times and have received absolutely no acknowledgement or response and still no refund! I would never deal with this company again.

I have now received from them a full refund of which I am very happy, there was no problem all very straight forward.

PAID EXPEDITED DELIVERY, RECEIVED DISPATCH NOTIFICATION AND WAS TOLD IT COULD BE UP TO 12 DAYS TO REACH ME. EXPEDITED IS ANOTHER NAME FOR "EXPRESS". WROTE TO COMPANY AND ANSWER WAS A LOAD OF WAFFLE, EVERYTHING EXCEPT THE ANSWER TO MY QUESTION.JUST TRACKED THE PARCEL VIA 4PX COURIERS ITEMS STILL IN "CHINA NOT USA" AS BELIEVED LOOKING AT HUE HEARING WEBSITE. COURIER SAYS SHIPPING FROM CHINA TO UNITED KINGDOM, IN TRANSIT TO WAREHOUSE IN CHINA IS LATEST TRACINKG( HENCE 12 DAY DELIVERY NOT EXPEDITED AS PAID FOR ) SHOCKING SERVICE !!!!!

Bought pair aids, delivered on time order #152121. Pull out cord broke on day # 2 . Tried contacting no reply. Just a waste of money.

where to begin . ...ordered 2 hearing aids and as an extra a "years supply of batteries" . paid and received hearing aids but no batteries. As the batteries cost extra I made contact via email about delivery . I was told they are on the way and not to be too disappointed so .....still waiting for batteries after nearly 6 weeks and now company stopped answering my emails .
I feel robbed as now hearing aid battery in left one has gone flat so now y husband only hears in one ear. Money taken out of my bank emails not being answered and husband now even more deaf ........cone on HueHearing get your customer service actually servicing the customer and get this year supply of batteries sent to the customer who has paid in good faith ........

You have for 4 weeks now been advising me this is all a hold at Cleethorpes hub. There is no such hub at Cleethorpes. During our many many emails you have blamed Royal Mail , Post Office and Hermes. 3 different companies all delivering the same package !!!
Despite many requests for a refund from yourselves this has remained unforthcoming. I feel that you have taken my money and not fulfilled the purchase. Please please refund my money so I can buy batteries from a more reliable outlet .

From the off, this company has misled and then ignored my emails. They advertise to be a US company shipping from there, but are actually based in China using indirect email processing (gorgias.io). After an inordinate delay in shipping my order, I requested my order be cancelled, after which all communications have stopped. All I now want is a refund, but there has been no response to my requests. Bad business practice right through, and I can't now believe any of the positive reviews on their website are actually genuine.
Since writing I have received a full refund. Communications have included apology for my poor experience. The tracking information states delivered, although I have received nothing.
