Ordered aids beginning of November

Ordered aids beginning of November, still don’t have them. Called a week ago stated they would be shipped out last week or early this week, notification of shipment, but of course they charged my credit card immediately. Very poor service. Will give them one more chance, then it is time to call BBB. Potential customers, I would think twice about ordering from this company.

Do NOT order from this company

Do NOT order from this company! It is a SCAM!! I ordered on October 27, 2022. They charged my credit card immediately. I have not received the product and I cannot get an answer from anyone. Just generic automated replies, when I try to email them. I checked with the Better Business Bureau, "after" placing the order and having issues. They informed me they have had MULTIPLE complaints about this company. I will be requesting a refund, since I never received the product. I will update on how that process goes. Do yourself a favor, check with the Better Business Bureau BEFORE you order and do NOT waste your money ordering from the company.

Excellent customer service

After a number of weeks waiting for hearing aids to arrive, they eventually came however unable to improve my hearing. I found them uncomfortable to wear and ineffective. I emailed the company who offered a number of suggestions which I tried out but still found the aids unsuitable for me. On a positive note my customer service experience has been excellent. I have had a response to all queries within a short time, also a full refund as promised. Thank you to this company for complying to the refund promise they promise prior to purchase.

Don’t waste your money

Very poor customer service. Purchased a pair of hearing aids one was unusable due to constant buzzing. Persevered with one for 6 weeks but couldn’t get on with it. Requested a return however just received emails telling me how to use them then an offer of 20% refund. I could not recommend either the company or their products. Now been fitted with a pair of digital behind the ear hearing aids by Specsavers.

HUE Hearing Aids

I purchased the hearing aids the first of October, and I haven't received them yet. I keep getting emails they are on the way, and of course, blame COVID as the problem. I requested a refund, followed by more emails. Finally, I got a prepaid return slip, but I still don't have any hearing aids to return. This company is a sham and buyer, beware.

Product seemed to work OK for a while

Product seemed to work OK for 1st 3 months but became noisier over time with excessive whistling and noise. Also impossible to adjust volume. Left hearing aid cuts in and out. Company initially agreed to replace the faulty aid but then reversed their decision after they realized the 90 day period had just passed. Instead they refunded me $27 due to mix up. I'm still out $170 and am left with a useless product.
Very unsatisfactory experience.

Worst hearing aids I ever purchased I…terrible

Worst hearing aids I ever purchased I bought two pair and when I put them in my ear they squeal like crazy I tried to return them and never got a reply back buyer beware it's better off to get a more expensive pair that fit in your ear then to buy these cheap ones that don't fit in your ear right. I am writing this review now because I purchased these hearing aids 2 years ago and tried to get a refund after 3 days and I had them but I never got a response back beware of this company

When a sound that was supposed to enter your ear canal instead exits your ear and re-enters the hearing aid microphone, this is known as hearing aid feedback. Your hearing aids start to whistle when the sound is subsequently increased.

1. Because the earplugs are not correctly sealed, sound escapes from your ear and re-enters your hearing aids. And that brings about feedback. Try using various earplug styles to see if that helps.

2. Too loud: It can be tempting to increase the hearing aids' volume on occasion. However, turning it up too loud can produce whistling by forcing the sound to re-enter your hearing aids. Reduce the volume of your hearing aids and steer clear of the point when the sound becomes too loud and produces feedback.

3. Too much earwax: Your hearing aids work to improve your hearing by sending sounds directly to your ear canal. However, sound cannot enter the ear canal if there is too much earwax present. Your hearing aids begin to whistle as a result of the bounce back into them. Hire a professional to clean your ears, and while they're at it, check your vents and receivers for obstructions.

In order to prevent whistling on the hearing aids, kindly follow these steps:

1. Push the hearing aid's volume dial or use the small tool to increase or decrease the volume.
2. Make sure the volume is on the lowest setting (lowest level).
3. Your ear should be filled with the invisible hearing aid.
4. Make volume adjustments until you detect sound.

It's important to note that it takes 3-4 weeks for your ears to adjust and for our device to properly calibrate to your specific hearing loss. You can be confident that the more you wear it, the better it will work for you.

I had high hopes for this hearing…

I had high hopes for this hearing device and for the company. Unfortunately, I could not get a good fit, and will be returning it. To my surprise, I am being charged nearly $10 to return an item that advertises that "Your order is backed by a 90-day, money-back guarantee!" I am not getting my money back - I am getting back $10 less than I paid. I'm disappointed.

Pretty well useless!

You might as well clip any microphone and amplifier to your coat for all the good they do. I've spent the last week E Mailing for a Returns/ Refund Note and address label. All to no avail. The £106 I spent has been wasted. No Company should ignore genuine customers need.UPDATE. HUE have instigated a FULL REFUND today the 7th Oct, so I’m really appreciative. I’ll give them another Star

Horrible Hearing Aids!

I have regular hearing aids by Resound, i bought these for a night time back up, tried them today, terrible, volume is very low, even after setting to its loudest, there is no vent, so you hear yourself chewing while eating and drinking, wouldnt recommend these to anyone. Also, they said shipping was 10-12 business days in there email, on another email its said 12-14 business days, it took over a month to get hear, i ordered it on August 28 and received it on October 4th, overall worse hearing aid i ever used!

Do not buy from this company

Do not buy from this company. My hearing aid stopped working. Customer service is abysmal. As I was 6 days outside warranty period, no refund or replacement, so tough. Aid is flimsy, not made to last. Not fit for for purpose

Not reliable

I have been using these hearing aids for about two years now and I’m now on about my six set. They work for a couple of months and then stop working. I took out the additional insurance cover and under that they do keep replacing them but that is not really very satisfactory

I ordered my hue hearing on September…

I ordered my hue hearing on September 6, 2022 and still haven’t heard anything from them. It’s been 15 days already and I haven’t even received the email telling me that it’s shipped. I have written an email and also filled up the form on their website but no one has cared to respond back! My initial impression of the company is bad. Don’t know how the product will turn out to be! Disappointed customer already!

Update: just received an email saying that it has been shipped. Will let you all know how the product was.

I purchased a pair of their hearing aids. I believe they sent me a used pair as the instruction booklets were written on by, I assume, another customer.After much hassle I sent them back. They won't give me back, so All huehearing gave me was a lesson. They are HORRIBLE!!!!!

Absolute trash product

Absolute trash product. Flush your money down the toilet or buy toilet paper, a much better use of your money. After less than 2 months use, wearing them maybe 15 times, both quit working. NO, ABSOLULTELY NO response from company.
