A most helpful young man ,made you feel confident about the product.
When he came to check stock there was several available but to his disappointment not in the store .
Hé was v apologetic but reassured me he would collect one from stock on his break & delivered it to my home so I pd immediately.
James did more than work & I feel hé is a Hugh addition to your staff
Two days later i also purchased an air fryer from him .knowing I would have confidence again I choose the most suitable for me .

Beware delays on online only orders
I ordered an item which was listed as online only and would be dispatched within two days. After not hearing anything for a couple of days after the inital order email I contact the support address. I then entered into emails trying to find out what was happening. What became clear to me was that I was interacting with some kind of AI support or AI enhanced support and I wasn't being told anything. After more than a week the item was dispatched and it arrived two days later. I needed this item on time to prepare for a job and the delay was far from ideal. I requested some sort of compensation for the negative experience but I've yet to hear anything back. My in store experience with Harvey Norman has always been positive, but this online only experience was far from the standards I believe the company sets for itself.

My Sony Bravia KD-50x75WL broke down less than 3 years old. I put in a fault report provided details and received email promise to contact me within 24hrs. After a few days I followed up with email. Only silence from HN. I expected better .
