I ordered an ex display phone for delivery. Got a voicemail the next day saying it was out of stock. I rang the next day and was told it was being sent out that day. Got an email an hour later saying i was being refunded. Rang again to fix it and was told the phone wasn't new whaen they looked at it so they refunded me. I said i new it wasn't new but then it wasn't available. Won't be buying there again

They know how to do it!
The whole experience is so good the staff know what they are at they are so helpful. The purchase experience is good and even the returns or exchanges are easily done no long waits or questions. These guys are a pleasure to deal with and deserve 5 stars. I have bought a number of items in the last few months because you can tell how good they are.
