Excellent service from design to fitting
Nothing was too much even when we changed our minds about certain appliances because we wanted bigger than the ones we originally ordered or thicker granite worktops as in 300mm instead of 200mm and very reasonably priced in comparison to others.
And I’m not talking just appliances I’m talking an entire

Dinu was excellent
Dinu was excellent! First class service and nothing was too much trouble for him. Very efficient and polite and obviously very committed to his job. Cannot fault him.
Had a young man training with him and he was great too.
Very impressed with the company in general. Had a new washing machine a while ago and now dishwasher too. Will use again.

I visited Glotech to buy a new freezer
I visited Glotech to buy a new freezer, the assistant was very helpful and pleasant. I found what I was looking for and ordered the appliance, which was delivered and fitted 4 days later. Very pleased with the efficient service and prompt delivery. I will use them again.

This Company are a nightmare
I cannot believe the reviews on here are accurate. This company is a nightmare to deal with. Delivery didn’t turn up, apparently the driver had gone into too much overtime. When I called to see if it would come the next day, the young lady on the phone made being rude an art form. Finally, after speaking to George and having my order and money for a week, they cancelled the job because they couldn’t arrange timely replacement date. Now I have to wait 3-5 days to get a refund. I should have read the reviews on their site which are more accurate.

Very efficient service from ordering to delivery. Lee and Gary, the delivery team, were extremely helpful especially as they had to carry the washing machine up 3 flights of stairs with no lift!

Amazing service
Dino & Oscar were amazing delivering the new fridge and taking the old one. Unfortunately there is no lift so it was carrying them up lots of stairs, but they made it seem like it was nothing.
