Very good service and a good job done.

Really helpful team, very obliging, fast service, reasonable rates, and have (unfortunately) had to use them a number of times, having dropped my phone, had a frozen screen, faulty buttons etc. !
But always happily gone back, and they have never failed to be obliging & carried out a top job.
There is even free parking at their premises, which is a big bonus nowadays.

I recently had my Samsung tablet repaired here. The screen was out of stock, and there was a holiday in China which meant it would be quite a while before it'd be available. Mario at Fonetec called me to explain, and spent some time giving me the options. I decided to wait it out, and the screen arrived sooner than expected.
In the end they had to order the digitizer as well as the glass panel, but they took a cut in their fee to compensate for that. Very fair, and great people to deal with.

Googled phone repairs, discovered Fonetec. broke my screen lgg2. Got a quote straight away, I sent phone to fonetec, they repaired and despatched my phone the same day. Phone arrrived back, like new, within 2 days.

This was great. Sent my phone on a monday evening and was able to get my phone repaired in only two days! Great service, very helpful team and would definetly use this operation again!

I managed to crush my phone under a car seat frame smashing the screen a few days before I was due to go on holiday. I had no time to get it done before I departed but I spent the holiday looking into how and where to get it repaired when I got back.
I found many companies offering to repair it but after contacting some, with replies ranging from legible to street speak and prices ranging from bearable to common thievery I settled on Fonetec. After a number of emails to and from Fonetec the decision was made.
I was honestly quite worried about sending my phone away to a complete stranger. I had removed the memory and SIM card but I still had my doubts. The phone was posted and as soon as it arrived I was called to say it was there and was with an engineer ( I had opted for the 24 hour repair). A short while later it was complete and on its way back to me. I had the tracking number and a web link to check on its progress.
The following day, I had it.
I posted it on a Wednesday and I had it back by 12:30pm the following Friday!!! Fantastic.

I can honestly say you have nothing to worry about here. I felt like I was looked after, important and valued.
If I EVER have an issue with a phone again, it'll be going there and I'll be telling everyone at work too.

I've had this problem for some while on my Nokia Lunia 820. Some dead areas on the screen which I managed to deal with by rotating the screen 90 degrees. Unfortunately some apps wont allow the rotation and couldn't access the correct functions / letters.......all fixed now by the replacement of the "digitiser" whatever that is....But excellent result

The service they offer is fantastic, I needed a phone unlocked fast and they were able to accommodate my needs on the same day. They also had the best price around for the unlock by a significant amount. I'm a firm believer that you should phone around and ask as many places that are close to you but from now on this would be the only place I go or recommend to friends and family.

Took my Nokia to their repair centre for scratched casing to be replaced, 1 hour job done. Thankyou

I was kept fully informed though out, email notification of receipt of my Sony Experia mobile, contacted upon completion of work by phone and emailed on its dispatch. phone works perfectly, like it never had a cracked screen which was its problem

Fonetec fixed my phone quickly, a simple process and they done exactly what they said they would do, would reccommed them. Only negative was with UKmail delivering my phone back though Mario was very helpful in sorting.

The service experienced from Fonetec was fantastic. The way they conducted their business and communications were very professional. I would certainly have no issue recommending them or using them again. Fast turnaround. From posting and return was less than three days.

I had been told that my new tablet was irepairable as I had broken the port. In desperation I searched the internet and found FONETEC. I phoned immediately and was told that it could be repaired within 24 hours. So off it went! I wea delighted with the friendly sevice and especially the price which they quoted.
