My SIM was too big for my new phone and the guys chopped it to size for no charge. Really friendly and helpful

This is the first time I have used Fonetec Communications and would highly recommend them. Roland gave us such a professional service when fixing my Sons PS4 nothing was too much trouble. He was very polite and courteous. The service was very reasonably priced with an extremely quick turnaround...Yes Thank You Fonetec I am very pleased I found you Guys!

I have used this Co before and recently sent in a laptop with a defective touchscreen (died in service) and a phone with a factory reset problem. Both repaired promptly and working 100%. Very pleased: recommended

I approached Fonetec to make some custom cables for me. I dealt with Mario who was professional and polite however the quality of the work was very poor. The cables were technically ok but not to the specific standards I set out at the beginning. Soldering was average at best and many parts were not tinned properly resulting in frayed strands. I provided Fonetec with the proprietary connectors, prepared cables, a sample cable which they destroyed by accident and very clear instructions including images of how the final product has to look. Overall this was a massive waste of time resulting in more work for me.

I have used Fonetec Ltd. twice now. Back in November and again this week.

On both occasions, their customer service was exemplary, as was their integrity. My phone was ready when they said it would be and they have taken my daughters completely smashed up iPhone 5SE and economically returned it to me looking virtually brand new.

This company is a scam. We had the EXACT same thing happen to us on as the other reviewer (Alex Loughlin).

When you get your phone repaired by these guys, just remember that the parts they are using have been robbed from small businesses.

We will be contacting the police and taking these con artists to court.

I work across the way from Fonetec so always pop in to see Mario and Roland usually for a chat and to get our work phones repaired when they are returned to us, always very polite and a top quality of work is always met. Definitely recommend

On the 9th of May 2018 Fonetec Communications bought a thoroughly tested and fully functional iPhone 6 from our store. They claimed it arrived dead. Strange that when we checked to see if the phone had an active iCloud account it did. This means our phone had been set up contrary to what Fontec claimed. Fonetec returned a different dead iPhone 6 and opened a case to force a £139.95 refund.

I expect Fonetec did this to replace a repair they messed up. If you have a phone with IMEI 359298064254748 I would take it back to Fonetec ASAP as we are about to blacklist the handset so it will fail CheckMend and will be hard to sell on.

Fonetec can contact us and once this issue is resolved we will remove our negative reviews.

UPDATE: Fonetec are willing to report this review to TrustPilot in an effort to get it removed and protect their reputation, but they are unwilling to engage with us to resolve this amicably. We are therefore in the process of taking them to a small claims court.

Cannot fault this service. Fonetec were recommended by a local PC shop repairers who couldn't deal with this problem. Fonetec confidently suggested they could help and they certainly did. A 24 hour turnaround and absolutely wonderful customer service. Mario was so helpful.

Very friendly and prompt service at a reasonable cost.

I would recommend them to anyone.

Mario and Roland were both great and I felt that at all points they knew their product and practiced their industry professionally. Very personal service, never felt like they didn't have time for me be that in person or on the phone and my phone is now working as it should be, for a reasonable price and I trust their skill and knowledge.
