Had them replace the battery a couple of weeks ago. Just had to spend £115 to fix my phone after they incorrectly put it back together when replacing the battery - Don't go here!!!

Water damage to charging port on mobile , replaced the faulty part within 30 minutes , competitive price , highly recommended

Took my iPhone in for a screen repair which was carried out within 40 minutes.
Fitted a screen protector which works perfectly.

Masu and Ali kindly sorted my phone which had frozen. It them a few minutes to switch off and back on. Sorted. Could l do it? No!!! Reccommend. A big thank you.

There positive google reviews are fake payed for. There left by people in diffrent countries.
They fit counterfit dangerous substandard parts and will lie to your face.
Trading standards are informed.

Brought a charger, they gave me a discount because I was there first customer. Nice and helpful staff.

took phone in to Lincoln high street branch for charging socket repair ( generic part is £4.99 on ebay )
said would be half an hour -I asked for best quality screen protector whilst it was being fixed -said it would be £60 inc the £20 screen and gave me a ticket for £ 60 45 mins later I returned and he said £60 + £20 for the screen - I argued he said I will need to check shop cameras -I paid £ 60 after arguing and vowed not to ever return as I dont like liers . shop camera crap was just a ploy --be very careful -best try elsewhere

Be careful my friend had a screen replaced on Christmas 2022 £150 on 16/4/2023 Phone stopped working PHONE HAS NOT BEEN DROPPED she has gone back after complaining today they said the screen cracked on inside it has been overheating they said screen cracked staff went on to charge her a £150 after only 3 months she complained and agreed to charge £140 .
She bought this to my attention
i made my way to the shop with the phone and receipt cut long story short i walked out with a refund they were very pleased to see me leave. we fill that she was totally RIPPED OFF and never use this dishonest shop again selling cheap inferior parts at sky-high prices again.
but rest sure I will go back if it stops working again .
Contacting Trading Standards Monday.

Initially they responded clearly, politely and honestly to my enquiry about an an iPad screen replacement. When I called into the shop, it was tidy and clean and again the service was very good. The repair was undertaken in the timeframe agreed, for a really good price to a high standard. Really pleased, would definitely go back.

Called to Fone Tech Brighton in for a new replacement battery for my iPad 6. Discovered that the battery was replaced with a used battery showing 77% Battery Health (Rated Poor with iMazing Diagnostic App) and not a brand new one as I was assured. Furthermore, the screen on my iPad has been damaged rendering it inoperable - probably as a result of it having been subjected to over heating whilst opening (a hot plate was used during the opening process). I am currently awaiting an answer to my email outlining these issues.

These guys are amazing! I was in a panic having dropped and smashed the screen of my Galaxy S9 work phone as I had no access to contacts or emails and I am due to fly to the US in a few days on business for a week. They repaired the phone so quickly and even gave me a courtesy handset to use whilst they repaired it as well as letting me drop the phone off in East Grinstead and collect it from Brighton. Friendly, professional and fantastic customer service.

I had my broken IPad screen replaced by Sarim at FoneTech Brighton today. I investigated several other companies but this one said they could do the repair in an hour and at the best price. it sounded too good to be true - but it was true. I had excellent service, courteous, efficient, economical - and done within the promised time.

AMAZINGLY FRIENDLY, TECH SAVY & knows their stuff!!! Very polite & speedy.
Cheapest I found too.

Fake stuff and when you return they don't even give you a refund will be complain to trading standards for false advertising and also ombudsman.

absolute rubbish, the products are obviously fake and have stopped working properly within a week.

Really kind service, not only did the store worker give me a student discount, but he even exchanged the headset when it wasn't compatible to my device. I would rate higher if possible, truly a must if you're in Brighton and need a case or accessory!
