Took an iPhone 4s in that had water damage to the charger. The guys had it no longer and than 2 hours. Had it fixed and fully functional again for such a good price I couldn't believe it was so cheap. Would recommend anyone!!!

Having gone through the stress of knowing where to send my daughters phone to be repaired professionally, i found this company extremely helpful, professional in their website/phone contact and efficient. Giving me confidence that we had found the right company to deal with this irritating problem that i am sure affects thousands of parents !!!!

I dropped to their offices for an express repair, the replacement screen wasn't in stock so I returned the next day to collect, a courier was offered and the repair was completed as promised with friendly advice along the way. All seems to be fine with the repair, had the screen been in stock it would have been 5 stars overall.

My LG G3 phone was completed non responsive and deemed replacing (hard bricked). I was given a reasonable quote from Fonetec for the repair and was kept informed throughout the repair process. Now my phone is back in my possession and working perfectly again.

Phone was repaired with no hassle at a realistic price very happy.

From the instance of initial contact to completion of the repair of my ASUS Tablet, Mario offered outstanding service and assistance. Polite, professional and informative, what more could you ask? (Although I spent a considerable amount of time with Mario, (which I hope didn't get him into any trouble,) his customer service skills were outstandingly keeping me up-to-date with repair progress throughout. I would certainly deal with Mario and Fonetec again!
