Great service
Went to Farmers in Glenrothes as i had a screw in my tire. This happened while i was woking in the community, still had some home visits to do that day. The lads in there had a look and fixed me up with a new tire straight away to get me back to work quickly. Great service and competitive price, thanks guys!

Not a positive experience
Not very attentive. Should have had my work done in morning but cane back after work to pick up in evening and they were just finishing off final checks. No one talked me through work. No tyre report. No breakdown of quote for work needed. Just simply repairs and a price written.
Very busy though so maybe they've got more work than they need customers.

While still waiting for head office to call me back, I received this email asking for a review. SO here goes. 2nd May I booked Van 1 in for a service on 9th May and Van 2 in for a MOT on 11 May.
My worker took his van to Bellshill centre for Van 1 Service. I met him there and drove him home and then I went to work. 20 minutes later - the centre called to say WE CANNOT SERVICE YOUR VEHICLE TODAY as - with 7 days notice - they didnt have the right tools or parts to service Van 1. So a wasted Saturday morning, we had to stop what we were doing and go back and collect the unserviced van. It was rebooked in for the following Saturday. But when we collected Van 1 - I asked IS EVERYTHING OKAY WITH VAN 2s MOT ON MONDAY. Yes I was assured. Monday 11th, 3.30 PM I roll up for Van 2s MOT. Within 20 minutes of leaving the van with the centre I got a call. WE CANNOT MOT YOUR VAN!!!!! Serious - turned away TWICE in 3 days!!!! Fool me once, fool me twice - there absolutely will not be a third time!!! Cancelled Service for this Saturday and STILL waiting for HQ to call me back. They better hurry up with my refund for the service, joke of a company. I do not blame the workers in the centre at all - its HQ, Their systems that are broken. Shame.
