Always brilliant, very knowledgeable and I trust the staff on the garage to be honest. We always take our cars here but not just for the value but we know we are not getting ripped off and our cars are always looked after well. Great customer service and excellent value. Thank you!
Great guys at Maidencraig garage, fast, efficient, knowledgeable and always on hand to help, very friendly too. Thank you
Great service and an efficient MOT even if the new brakes did come as a surprise - an expensive one at that. The guys are good though and carry out the work they say they will. We usually use Farmers and will continue to do so because they’re the most trustworthy in our neck of the woods.
Excellent full service & MOT. Friendly professional staff. Competitive price & easy online booking.
Been using Farmer autocare for three years now, never had a single issue with them. Very transparent with their work, their prices and always try to get you a good deal when they can. I have recommended to friends as well who have used them and been happy with the service. They rotate the staff by the looks of it and the current crew, Stephen and Graeme and the rest of the guys that are there just now are absolutely brilliant, I had to drive in a few weeks ago when my suspension arm blew and I could not have asked for a better repair and help if I tried. Top class.
Very smooth and extremely helpful staff. And good value.
Did exactly what they said they would do. Used them now for over 20 years. John and his staff are excellent.
Went for 2 front tyres, the mechanic pointed out to me that my coil spring was cracked and so was the dust cover on the track rod end. I was aware of this as i was getting that fix next day but it is good to see that they would see things and mention them. However the main reason why i wouldn't get that fix at their garage is i believe they a little bit too pricey. I think their parts are usually slightly more expensive and so is their labour.

The customer service I received at Farmer Autocare at Blackhall when I was getting my car serviced was second to none. From start to finish Ryan was great and really is an asset to this branch.

Booked car for 11am, garage was busy, so appointment seems to have slipped as car was still being worked on at after 2pm. no real updates from garage only knew car was done as i had stood across the street for over 1 hr watching the Aircon being done. Appointments system might not really work for a garage that is so busy on a Saturday

Terrible service. They will waste your time, and after reading other reviews, you’ll realise you have no one to blame but yourself for giving them a chance.
I should’ve never given this place the time of day, but I thought it would be straightforward—just two front tyres that needed to be changed. How long can it be? Turns out, all day.
The slot you book online is apparently the drop-off time. I went to the Blackhall centre, waited for an hour before being told that the tyre fitter had walked out. I was sent to the St John’s Road branch and they called ahead to let them know what had happened. When I was seen after an hour, they said they couldn’t remove the locking wheel nut. I went home to try and find it and told them I’d be back within the hour. I couldn’t find it and when I returned, I was told they couldn’t put me back to the front of the queue and that it would now be at least another two hours before they could even look at my car again—so I had to sit and wait all over again.
Staff were complaining that a technician from another branch had walked out, meaning they were taking on extra jobs. I pointed out that I was one of those customers and had already been there since 9:30am.
In the end, they still couldn’t remove the locking wheel nut, using a tool they were going to charge £30 per wheel for. I was told it would require welding off at a later date. Middle of next week at the earliest. However, a mobile mechanic removed it within minutes using a standard tool. I ended up having to book a mobile mechanic (through the RAC) to attend the tyre fitting shop itself to complete the work—which says it all.
I spent around 8 hours dealing with this situation and was left stranded with my child. Family medical issues mean that we rely heavily on our car, so this level of service is simply not acceptable.
I am now £240 out of pocket, plus additional costs for food after being stuck out all day.
Absolute legends McDowell Tyre and Autocentre arrived at Farmers Autocare where we were still waiting in the car park after 5:30pm, and took the locking nuts off in 2 mins flat, using the exact same readily available tool!!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Farmer Autocare are completely unreliable and not worth the stress. Unfortunately, I cannot give zero stars.

Used Farmers for last few years was able to book mot online but due to staffing issues was told they couldn't fit it in and the date should of been blocked out.

First Class service! I've been to Farmer 3 times in the last 4 weeks to replace tyres and I was in and out each time in under 5 minutes! Job done! Amazing service!
Thank you so much to the guys and Leanne at Farmer Piershill.
