I have had nothing but lies from this company and I regret ever getting involved.

On the 21st of November, I bought an Xbox series X from them as it was listed as “In stock” on their website.
I contacted them to confirm they had stock, which they did and confirmed it would be shipped – Lie number 1
I contacted then a week later, to be told delivery would be on the 7th December – Lie number 2
They then advised that they ship on the 7th of December – Lie number 3
They then stopped replying to any on of my emails…………………

On the 21st of Dec, I added a review saying the above…… they then WhatsApp’d me, saying if I removed the review they would ship that day…. Lie number 4
They then told me they could ship because of the UK customs… Lie number 5, but then admitted that had no stock to ship.
They then promised to ship in the 7 of Jan.

On the 9th of Jan, an emailed they had shipped.

On the 12th of Jan, UPS reported “out of delivery in Carpi Italy??” … I contacted them again, they told me it was in the UK and UPS gave a new reference of UK deliveries …. Lie number 6

Told me to contact UPS myself, as the delivery in the UK was now my responsibility .. Lie number 7.
I contacted UPS, the references do not change, and the parcel was still in Italy. The reason for the holdup was they did not include the correct paperwork.

Lies 8 onwards, every other day since Esdorado has promised this will be resolved and they are working on it for me…. Today UPS updated me to say they have returned to the seller as the seller’s request.

I’m not sure if Esdorado ever had an Xbox or have just robbed me and feed me lies, but I would advise anyone (especially in the UK) to avoid at all costs.

The facts of this are you took my money in November for goods you did not have stock,
You then mislead me about when you would have stock,
You then failed to provide the correct info to the courier,
You then blamed me and force me to speak to the courier directly.
You then told me this was at the UK border (it never left Italy)
You then told me you have provided the paperwork to the Courier when you have asked for the goods to be returned to you.
You have now refunded me, however, due to the exchange rate, this has cost me £20.
You attitude towards me has always been aggressive.

You've cost me money, time, a spoiled Christmas and an unset child...... I would advise anyone thinking of dealing with Esdorado to think twice and read the comments on here

Excellent website. I have used several of their products and I am completely satisfied. That is why 5 stars is a fair price for them.

I ordered a Nintendo switch and game which never arrived over 6 months ago. I have been asking for a refund for months and months. The emails I have received have been extremely rude and each time they just say it’s taking time for them to process refunds. I have no idea how it can possibly take 6 months to refund a customer??

I have been offered a credit voucher which miraculously they could organise straight away?! But they couldn’t say how long a refund would take...

UPDATE -

The website contacted me after I wrote this review to process my refund straight away. This is despite the fact the had told me earlier that day that they still couldn’t confirm when I would be refunded. They have also asked that I delete this review now that they have refunded the money.

I have had an awful experience with this company and I believe the only reason I received my money back was because I wrote a negative review about them.

I brought a X-box series s for Christmas for my son. The service was very good it was delivered in time. The communication was good thankyou

Just works. When i bought a product i didn't like i got a refund no questions asked. Easy way to buy.

Just ordered a Xbox one , I’ve had order confirmation by screen after payment but I received a email instantly saying ‘problem with payment’ but payment has left my account , decided to review company and well let’s say IM WORRID.

Ordered Xbox series s console in November and was hoping to receive it for Christmas esdorado answered all my queries and ensured me the console would be delivered. They kept to there word and we received console today. All seems fine just had to buy an adapter to plug in as it wasn’t a uk plug. I would buy from this company again thank you esdorado.

So grateful to finally have this lovely item in our arms after such a long wait. We managed to receive it this morning and would have received it before 2021 if we didn't miss the DPD driver!

Contact with these people has been consistent and always respond to emails. I am so impressed and my husband who was sceptical (understandably because he has been waiting since november) is overjoyed and we will definitely buy from them again!

It may seem daunting to pay without PayPal or other ways but they confirm to refund ASAP if you need it so that was a great comfort.

Overall super impressed that this company is legit and going with my gut paid off 🙌
