I'm italian and I bought fifa21 for my nephew. It was described the language, but the description was italian so I assumed it was italian as well. However. once I opened it, I realized it was english and arab onI tried to return it, but someone of esdorado suggested me "keep the game". How is it possible?ly.

Nightmare from start to finish, ordered fortnite PS4, but concerned about delivery so tried to cancel on same day as they wouldn’t guarantee delivery date. After cancellation told goods shipped but a lie as courier tracker showed shipment 2 days later than advised. When arrived wrong version, it was FIFA21 but game removed, queried and offered FIFA Codes which I assumed was full game download as fornite “unavailable”. They were infact for additional content to a game I don’t own, I didn’t redeem these ans asked for a refund for difference between fornite console and console with no additional content. This was refused, I urge all readers to avoid not worth the hassle for a relatively small saving, they are a nightmare and liars

**Particularly for UK customers**
I was looking for a Nintendo switch and all UK stores seemed to have been oos with Xmas fast approaching (currys,tesco, game store etc), I came across Esdorado.com by chance on Google and placed an order on impulse as the price was reasonable and shipping stated 15 days. After placing the order it hit me to check out reviews and some of the negative comments got me a little worried. I cannot say what happened to those orders with negative reviews, however, my experience was anything but that. I placed the order on 7/12/20 and received the confirmation stating that I should receive the tracking info as soon as dispatch, I then received dispatch email on 10/12/20 with tracking info stating the item will be dispatched from Italy by DPD and I received the nintendo switch today (18/12/20)....took 11 days in total! For those who have ordered and worried about if the company is genuine, I would recommend them from my experience. Only thing to note is that the plug is the euro 2 pin version, other than that I am very pleased.

Reference: 234-01128 from Esdorado.com Order Reference YRGTQNBYG. After reading reviews I did get concerned that I wouldn’t receive my item. However, i had no reason to be concerned.

I received an order tracker and was able to follow my order all the way up until my delivery, all in all taking 11 working days 👍🏼.

My only issue, which is very minor, was I did not receive the two games advertised. All in all very good service.

Let's be clear from the get go. I'm in the UK, Esdorado is in the Canary Islands. So you can imagine I knew I was taking a risk buying a PS4 Pro from them. However, after an underwhelming Black Friday, there were no PS4s to be had. A bit of research showed Esdorado to be legit, and they provided the only serious option to get what I wanted at a decent price. I bit the bullet and clicked on 'buy'.
The parcel tracking was fine. I watched as it made its way from Spain to Italy, then headed for the UK. Delivery time was reasonable, all things considered. But when the parcel finally arrived, I was in for a shock. The OUTER packaging was all fine, black plastic with Esdorado branded tape. But inside was a proper mess. Firstly, I noticed the box was badly damaged and had been hastily taped up with parcel tape, then I noticed it was the WRONG box. I had ordered a PS4 Pro with two controllers. The box was for the Fortnite edition with ONE controller. The further I delved, the more damage I noticed. The contents were correct but there was serious damp which had spread right through to the inner packaging touching the machine. The instructions were also damp. I wish I could share the images on this review. They are pretty shocking.
I had to ruin the kids' christmas surprise by setting up the machine, just to check it even worked. Luckily, it did. However, I now live every day expecting my PS4 to pack up at any moment due to that long term damp damage.
I realised there was no real option to return the product due to the costs involved, so any warranty is likely null and void. I contacted Esdorado immediately to tell them what had happened. They asked for photos and so I sent images of the damage. The language barrier was no problem. Their responses to me were prompt and their English was good. They were apologetic and offered me a 25 euro refund (on a 350 euro sale). THAT is the only reason they are not getting one star.
With the gift of hindsight my advice would be this:
- Be wary of products coming from so far away.
- Remember you are taking a chance with your consumer rights when you buy across national borders.
- Buy in these circumstances ONLY if you are desperate and have exhausted all other avenues.

Esdorado said it was not a refurbed machine, as all their products are new and unused. Judging from the state of my PS4, I remain very suspicious. They also blaimed their warehouse for the state of the product, and I have no reason to doubt this. However, how anyone in their right mind could think it is perfectly fine to chuck an expensive electronic device into the wrong box, tape up the damage and send it, AS NEW, is quite beyond me!
Here's hoping this PS4 defies all the odds and lives a long and happy life. Which would be no thanks to Esdorado (and their warehouse staff!).

UPDATE
So you can see below, their response is that the product was damaged in transit. As I have already explained, this is clearly NOT the case, as it was carefully packaged and sent in that state. I'm sure it is all too easy for companies to blame the couriers.

The company has had some issues with orders taking a long time to reach customers, Covid-19 has been a big problem. This is the only reason I gave 4 stars rather than 5. After almost 4 months I was beginning to worry - but I can confirm that I received my order. In fact, I ended up with a slightly better phone for the same price due to them running out of stock of what I ordered - they supplied a phone that had the same key features I needed but with some small upgrades and I'm really pleased with it. Once the phone had actually shipped, it arrived quite a bit faster than the 10-15 days quoted. It was less than a week.

Ordered a Nintendo Labo and it arrived 1 week later. Fantastic price and excellent delivery. Will definitely use again.
