Still waiting for a refund. Never got my order delivered. Waiting since last year May 2022.
Scammers. Fast enough taking the money of customers but not able to provide a good service, delivery or any refund. Worse company ever.

I ordered a Samsung SM-T733 Galaxy Tab S7 FE 4+64GB 12.4" May 2022 and the saga continues with esdorado. It never arrived and in November 2022 I requested a refund, it is now May 2023 and they have stopped answering e-mails and their customer service phone number is never answered(that is my experience). Needless to say I never received a refund.
When customer service did reply they kept sending back the same reply, such as
"I will inform you as soon as I receive an update on your file."
"I expect there to be an update with the order soon.
You will know it is shipped when you receive the confirmation email."
"We have checked the status of your refund with the administration and they have told us that they are having delays in the refunds, we assure you that you will receive your refund soon."
"You will receive the refund in 14 working days from the cancellation, as per the conditions."
Be very wary if you keep getting the same reply back several times, over 90 e-mails in total. A terrible waste of time.
They were unable to ring either the mystery warehouse or their accounts department despite several requests. This is the worst customer experience I have ever encountered

I reviewed this "scam" company in September 2022 having waited since June 2022 for the delivery of an order. At that time Esdorado responded to my poor review apologizing for the delay and asking me to be patient. Since that time I have cancelled the order because I was fed up with waiting and I ordered from a reliable supplier. It is now April 2023 and I am still waiting for the promised refund. I have now sent 44 emails all to no avail and it will soon be the first anniversary -should I hold a party!! Please read the honest reviews and avoid this "den of thieves" at all costs, there are many honest companies out there - this just isn't one of them

Almost one year and I didn’t get my refund back this website is a big spam to still money from your pocket!it is insane than it still open and the authority not doing anything.

Tried to purchase a Nintendo Switch game from this company last Sept. After a month it did not arrive I contacted them to say they were well beyond their 15 days delivery and wanted a refund. They asked for more time and I agreed but after another couple of weeks still no sign. Numerous emails were exchanged regarding a refund and that it was "being processed" but it never arrived. By the time I went to VISA for a chargeback against them it was too late. I would suggest that this is their MO stall stall and stall some more until it's too late for a VISA chargeback. If you don't receive an item from this company start the chargeback process immediately.

SCAMMERS and ROBBERS! Avoid, avoid, avoid. Ordered a phone last August and they have been stringing me along with meaningless e-mails ever since. First they said they never received my payment. I had to send a bank statement before they confirmed they received payment. Been e-mailing them every other week requesting information on my order status. They respond promptly but only ever to say to wait longer. I have asked for a refund repeatedly which they have not given. They recently asked me to change my order to a different product, which I did and it is the same story all over again. SCAMMERS and ROBBERS!

Terrible company avoid. Ordered a Playstation 5 and paid but no delivery. And now their "fantastic" system not look up and find my order so money lost.
Customer service is terrible and with no understanding or support to the customer. 1 star is much more than this company deserve!

Terrible experience with Esdorado!! Ordered an LG TV on 15 May 2022 (£320.07). The TV arrived badly damaged. Had to wait for Esdorado to complete damage claim with the courier of their choice. After a month, Esdorado agreed to refund, stating that it "usually takes 14 working days, but it may take longer" and "when there is an update with the refund, we will inform you by email". Sent lots of reminders to Esdorado since, only to get the same reply each time. In the last reply, they tried to offer me a purchase voucher instead of the refund, which I obviously declined as I asked was and was promised the refund. 8 months on, and I am having to resort to Oficina Municipal de Informacion al Consumidor to initiate a formal complaint. Shocking and totally unacceptable. In case others need to do the same, the Oficina Municipal de Informacion al Consumidor offers assistance in English language by phone (on request): +34 915298210.

This website is totally scam. They pretend to be caring the customers by replying their e-mails immediately but they neither send the order nor the refund. How is this company still active after all those accusations. It makes no sense. I have purchased a ps5 and i am pretty sure it won’t be delivered so i requested a refund. I am also sure about the fact that, they will tell me “you will get refunded soon”, but they won’t. Looks like the involvement of Spanish authorities is a must for my situation. I will do the necessary. These people cannot be trusted.

J'ai commandé un téléphone portable en juin 2022 qui n'est jamais arrivé. Ce site marchand est une véritable ESCROQUERIE, il est à FUIR et à dénoncer. Il ne faut pas leur faire confiance, ils vous répondront par mail très rapidement qu’il faut patienter mais ils ne vous répondent que pour gagner du temps, et pour endormir la clientèle à la longue car ils ne disposent d’aucun stock de quoi que ce soit !
Ce sont des arnaqueurs professionnels encore en liberté. Si vous êtes victime vous aussi de leur escroquerie il faut les assigner en justice auprès du tribunal européen puisqu’ils opèrent depuis l’Espagne (Las palmas). Il faut qu’ils payent pour tous leurs crimes. J’invite tous les usagers pris au piège à faire comme moi en les dénonçant afin que la Justice fasse son travail et les arrêtent.

This merchant site is totally FRAUDULENT, you are sure to be scammed with Esdorado, they collect your money by credit card but they will NEVER SEND you the product purchased and they will NEVER REFUND you EITHER!
I ordered a cell phone in June 2022 which never arrived. This commercial site is a real SCAM, it is to AVOID and to denounce. Do not trust them, they will answer you by email very quickly that you have to wait, but they only answer you to save time, and to put customers to sleep in the long run because they have no stock of anything. it would be !
They are professional scammers still at large. If you too are a victim of their scam, you must sue them before the European court since they operate from Spain (Las palmas). They must pay for all their crimes. I invite all users trapped to do like me by denouncing them so that Justice does its job and stops them.

It has now been 3 years since I ordered a product they could not supply. Two years of chasing a refund and I last year I suggested they could supply an alternative product but any product I suggested they could not supply and eventually they just started ignoring me. This is a complete scam they will provide no refund and no alternative product therefore I have to conclude I have been scammed. Do not order from them, I now have the complexity of trying to deal with the Spanish authorities,

So many people are being scammed. Like many of us, I have a pending order of 679,98 €, customer service sends automated emails to inform of delay, warehouse issue, refuses to refund ...

How can we file a complaint against them?
How to denounce them from abroad?
Is there a site to ask the police for help?

This company si a fraud. I’m waiting for my refund since last year. After many emails sent the only response that you will have in response is.” Let me contact the administration and we will get in contact with you as soon as possible.” Don’t buy. The positive reviews are themselves trying to induct you to buy their items that they will never send. Neither the refund.

(EDIT: DON'T TRUST Esdorado's answer below: they are liar and cheaters: I asked them 5 (FIVE!) times to cancel my order, and 3 (THREE!!) times to get a refund. And they STILL pretend today that they don't know about it... Crooks and thieves of the lowest form...)

I paid 164.99€ for a smartphone on the Esdorado website on 11th june 2022 (order code: RVOVORCSY). Following this, I received nothing and my order's status remained (to this day) "Payment confirmed".
After several weeks, I started contacting their customer service and a guy named "Borja de andres" (with arguably a rather poor grasp of the english language) answered and kept ignoring my requests and just repeating that they needed restocking, that they were doing the best they could, and that I just had to be patient.
After 2 months of this, I called it quits and asked for a refund. This was IGNORED (or maybe mister Borja wasn't able to properly understand regular english) with the same answer than before.
Upon me insisting (TWICE!), borja finally aknowledged my asking for a refund, but also told me that "due to problems with their platform, the refund could take longer than usual".
Then summer holidays passed...
Another 2 months after this (ie. yesterday), I made an ultimate attempt and started actually threatening of legal action against them if I didn't get my refund quick.
Borja then plainly answered that he was unaware of any demand from me to cancel my order (let alone for a refund).
That's when I got confirmation that he was lyingto me since the very beginning and his role was always only to stall everything and make me assume I would eventually receive my order.

While in truth, Esdorado never intended to even treat my order and send me the smartphone I paid them for. This site is managed by malevolent and completely untrustworthy people.
Had I checked the comments/complaints/warnings on them (everywhere on a simple Google search!) like I should have, I would NEVER have approached this website in a million years.

Don't get abused like I was — AVOID Esdorado AT ALL COSTS!

I have now sent email after email which they do not reply to I'm taking it though the Spanish authority esdorado are the biggest scammer they are good at it my order number is UDVDBDNLJ James Parr so how long before I get a refund this is just going on and on Spanish authorities will be in touch with you soon still not answering my emails after 10 day

Absolute scammers, as scammaers can be. Until my experience with this company, I believed that any company had some decency to a certain level. This company pretends to pay you back, but never will. They are criminals. And I will keep writing this fact on as many review platforms as possible.

Ordered a game 5 weeks ago, they haven't even shipped it yet. Shady excuses keep coming whenever I contact customer service. Still trying to at least get my money back...

Update 21 Oct: After weeks of non-committed answers from customer service such as "But I expect there to be an update with your order very soon." or "My colleagues are doing their best to ship your order as soon as possible." and beginning threats such as "Before you cancel, please note that we do not make instant refunds. It would be faster to receive the product than to obtain the refund." (please note that I ordered the product on 30 August!!) I decided to ask for a refund which got the reply to send my bank details again, because "We don't keep customers' payment information and we don't have your IBAN." (I'm wondering how they work around their tax returns).
I'm now requesting aid for Dispute Resolution with the European Commission and informing authorities in Spain.
Also found out that there is a second website with the same address (& product line, web design, etc.) registered under "Dymako".
Reading the other reviews as well, I am quite certain that there is some illegal business going on, let's see if I will ever see my money again!
