I would put ZERO stars if that option was available. Please dont waste your time purchasing anything from this company. They are scammers and will take your money then not provide the goods you ordered. They lied by sending a pic saying items were delivered even though we have evidence that this is incorrect and a made up lie. We ordered in May with a 14 day delivery guide. Still no order received to this day. Several holding emails and lies, pretending that goods delivered and we have now escalated this case to get our money back. Don't order off of this site!!

They are total liers. I ordered my xbox in November 2020, with a delivery date of December 2020. Many emails later, and delays, in April I decide to cancel my order. Lead time for reimbursement is 14 days. After 45 business days I had still no money, and asked them to then ship the order as it appeared in stock. They then asked me to pay the price increase. I did not agree. Today, almost 1 year later, no money, and no console.

05/06/21 ordered 2 phones (says express delivery 10-15 days)

19/06/21 still no order and no updates on website with tracking number... Write a message (using website form) and still no any answer

26/07/21 contacted my bank about fraud transaction and my bank return money from esdorado.com

Dont buy there...Prices looks to good, but true is "no order and no money"

Ordered a Samsung TV. After waiting more than two monts for delivery they sent me a Hisense TV instead. I did not want the Hisense and asked Esdorado to take it back and return me my money. They answer that I have to return the TV at my own cost and risk, and that I will only get my money back if they receive the TV without transportation damages.

I ordered from this site mid-june because I was looking for cheap alternative for an console.
So I picked out the first one google recommended with Esdorado.com, I chose an Nintendo switch lite and I paid for it ASAP and they promised they would send it to me in Europe 10 to 15 days.
I waited only to find out it wasn't shipped until i contacted them where my item was by messaging them much like the site, Aliexpress.
I was disappointed to find out I had to wait double the estimated time PLUS have my package delayed multiple times by the shipping company FedEx (which I and others strongly don't recommend ) and have the item arrive with the box being beaten up and contain the wrong adapter/charger.
But their customer service was active and very helpful and bargains on their site so far are great.

But if you do decide to order from this site!
double check all the details, be active on messaging them and beware of sketchy delivery services they may recommend by mistake and have patience for package if you did order, And yes!.. it was stressful to wait as impatience person but try to negotiate any errors to get the best possible outcome, if not simply ask for an refund.
Don't be too demanding as the company 'Esdorado' are shipping from supposed remote place which may cause some issues especially with COVID-19 and need to update their services and stay aware of the problems with delivery services they chose to work with.
Since, I couldn't write an honest review on their site, I did here.. and anybody who did order from this site recently or previously should definitely share their honest experiences whether positive or negative on Trustpilot to help future customers online determine whether the site is for them.
As for now, I am grateful my item was unharmed.

Will take payment but they are just middle men they have no stock .
I made a payment of 506.98 Euros for a XBOX Series X on the 18/03/2021 i didn’t receive anything for weeks. I chased them up requesting a refund but was told there is a global shortage of processors and will have to wait, i received no refund . I emailed them a few weeks later asking again for a refund they then tried to scam me out of an extra 149.99 Euros” saying the price had changed “ and if i paid the extra they would ship it to me in 48 hours. I didn’t pay the extra and again asked for a refund ( alarm bells have been ringing for some time now and have now become very loud ) no refund was given . What made me laugh they claimed to be the only company to have stock in the whole world .
In the end i contacted my credit card company and let them deal with them i’m done wasting my time with these scammers , a week later they refunded me on the 22/06/2021.

To sum up if you want to waste your time sending emails then getting fobbed off for something that you paid for over 3 months ago crack on .

I would like to add one last comment to this review as Esdorado. com has responded to my review then i’m done. For what it’s worth, once my refund was confirmed I found a XBOX Series X in stock on Very.co.uk . I paid the money and it was delivered 3 days later.

IF YOU HAVE NO STOCK YOU MUST REFUND STRAIGHT AWAY. NOT 3 MONTHS LATER . STOP TRYING TO PLAY THE VICTIM . WE CAN ALL SEE THROUGH IT.

Have ordered Xiaomi Redmi 9 4+64GB 6.53"Carbon Grey DS. Money paid . No Tracking number is given.

better late than never, but better never late.

I recently bought a tablet and a tv from here. There was an issue with the tv and I had to wait a little longer but they are a genuine shop. And they get bad reviews here that are no fair. If you are in the uk and you get import charges that's Brexits fault not this shop.
Blaming an online shop for your country's import charges is just crazy.

I got worried when I read reviews here and I started to believe I was scammed, I even emailed the shop and gave them abuse... but then I received my items...I was wrong and they humbly and professionally understood. Probably because of all the morons on here writing bad reviews without waiting longer.

This is a good shop and yes sometimes online takes longer but that's our choice. If you want a tv in a couple of days then dont buy online.

So if you item is taking a couple if weeks...be cool...it will come.

Positive:
1) Esdorado generally respond very quickly, and seem most responsive between 11:00-15:00 UK time on weekdays. I sometimes would exchange 4-5 emails a day with them, so it's good that they actively stay in touch.
2) Despite a heavy tax that I was not warned about on my purchase of the TV, I still saved a few hundred pound compared to buying a TV from the UK

Negatives:
1) Esdorado have some very confusing information on their website. For example, they say there is a 7 Euro shipping fee across Europe but don't mention the import tax that UK customers have to pay. I had to pay about £60 import tax.
2) They also say there is a 10-15 day delivery period upon receipt, but only in their terms and conditions do they say that they ship the product after 15 working days. So you will receive the product after about 40-45 days at a minimum.
3) As they send the product from abroad, you will likely not have any warranty if you are a UK customer
4) Your product will come in a different language (probably Spanish), and so you will need to re-configure it
5) Their customer service can sometimes avoid questions regarding exact delivery dates.
6) When I requested a refund at one point, esdorado said that I shouldn't send a TV as it is fragile. But they sent it to me in the first place! So I almost felt like I was being scared into not proceeding with a refund.

All in all esdorado are a company that I would advise a customer to proceed with caution with. They will remain in active contact with you, but buying from them has been mentally exhausting for me. I am in the process of asking for some money back for a faulty TV remote that came with the TV and it has taken 3 weeks for esdorado to finally accept to it, despite it being their responsibility under European Law to provide me with a functioning product and all associated parts.

I invite everyone who has been deceived by this company to file a joint lawsuit in court. this company advertises one product and sends another and wants to force the customer to keep the wrong and obviously inferior product
I should look at this site before buy on their website, they are so use to do it to everyone.

I bought a Xiaomi 9T wait about 15 days to it be delivered and when it arrived it was not what I ordered. They sent me a 10t LITE I thought that was a simple mistake but quick I could see how mischievous they are. First told me that the product that I ordered was no long available and they sent me this one and it was superior and better than on I ordered. Lies just lies.
Quick research and I see that the model is almost €100 cheaper then they said We can give you the difference back. No thank you I want what I ordered or FULL REFOUND.

they do it on purpose. they advertise a product and deliver one that isn't selling much and try to force the customer to keep that product.

Everyone who has the same problem email me and together we can try to bring legal action against these thieves

It doesn't matter with one is new model I ordered the 9T and how the 10lite is better when it is much cheaper. I WANT THE 9T YOU GUYS HAVE NO RIGHT TO SHOVE ME A PRODUCT THAT I didn't ordered.

I ordered the xbox series x and was told 10-15 days. Never received it was repeatedly told to wait then they tried to push me to pay more. I demanded a refund when it hadnt arrived months later and was told the refund was requested 17th may 2021. I still have not received my refund and just keep getting told there is a delay!

UPDATE: Within the hour of me posting this they have now claimed to be doing the refund with a request to take down this review.

If you are in the UK please be aware that when you are checking out a product to pay for it and after you have entered your address the page may well say, as it did for me that "The delivery is free of customs duty since we ship from different warehouses throughout Europe" THIS IS A LIE. I understand that the UK is no longer in Europe but this message is displayed after entering your delivery address! After delivery you will get a bill for duty and VAT.
I have questioned this with Esdorado and they are completely uninterested and have ignored my suggestion that they should correct the very expensive misinformation on their website. Needless to say I will not be using them in the future for products to be sent either to the UK or within Europe.

Pre-ordered a playstation 5 and then after several delays i decided to cancel and asked for a refund. I've been following up with them for over 2 MONTHS for the refund despite the fact they told me it takes between 10-14 days to process and I still didn't get it. They never give you a reason either, everytime i follow up they just tell me to be patient. This site is a scam and their customer service is a joke. Avoid at all cost.

Bad experience. I ordered a phone from this website as it was cheaper here than anywhere else. It took them more than 5 weeks to send the phone out with no communication whatsoever (the page said it would take 10-15 days). Whenever I tried to call the contact centre, the line just rang out so I never managed to speak to anyone. Then when I was finally contacted by FedEx I had to pay £65 in import duties when the ads said no taxes were due. Then it tuned out they sent me the wrong phone - I ordered a Xiaomi Note 9S and got the 10S which is not what I wanted. Given I had to pay £60 in import duties, I could have just bought the phone off Amazon and it would have been cheaper and would have arrived the next day. Don't be fooled by the low prices - its not worth it.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Thieves and crooks. Paid for XBox through this company ONE YEAR AGO, never received anything and have been contacting them monthly (yes, 12 WHOLE MONTHS!!!!!) for a refund, with nothing back. Every correspondence says they are 'forwarding it onto their administration to process the refund' but never receive anything. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY, I cannot express how frustrating their total lack of customer service has effected me. Not to mention they have have stolen hundreds of my Euro's.

TOTAL SCAM bought xbox seres x 506 euros, didn't arrive, they wont refund, TOTAL SCAM PLEASE AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

I tried to cancel my order after reading lots of bad reviews but promptly received an email from Esdorado stating that they could bring forward my delivery if this would help. I thought I would risk it as I got such a good price and received my order really quickly, faster than anticipated even after delivery estimate was bought forward. I don't write a lot of reviews but thought Esdorado deserved a good review as in my experience they exceeded my expectations and I would use them again. Thanks for reading, Martin.

I ordered and paid Esdorado for the new xbox - £440 on the 12th April for my sons b/day and I was promised the console in 10 - 15 working days and it is now the 7th of June and all I have received from them is emails asking me for more money - they are trying to say a newer batch of consoles had arrived but were more expensive so if I wanted I could pay the extra 150 euros which I didn't. Is it not illegal to take a customers money for a product you don't even have in stock. Don't go near them SCAMMERS DON'T BE FOOLED.

This Company advertised they were having XBOX X Series coming into stock at the end of March when I paid them £450. End of March came then they said there's been a delay its now end of April. So I accepted this as I know there are supply issues with it but when the end of April came I noticed they were saying online they had stock and were charging extra £100 so when I queried where my order was they said they more expensive stock in If I wanted to pay the extra I'd have one sent out or I'd have to wait for the cheaper one???? Xbox charge one price ..I then decided i couldn't deal with them cancelled the order and was told 14days to have my money back. Tomorrow is the 14day and they just told me I will have to wait longer for my refund (no date given) as they have delays with refunding...its astonishing. They are obviously miss advertising to get peoples money to fund their shoddy business. They have had my money since February. This review is very real I am really upset as I put this on my credit card which is now costing me because they are not giving me my refund when they were supposed too l..They are good at replying to your emails but the information they provide is useless and made up just a load of lies to keep you off their backs.
