I placed an order via your Esdorado platform on 27.11.2021 for an amount of €362.89, under the reference ESKBUUSSK (Apple iPad 2021 64GB WiFi 10.2).

Of course, you did not experience any difficulty in obtaining the payment.
Like many other victims, it turns out that the item ordered was not actually available despite your website saying it was in stock!

You asked me not to cancel my order and you offered me a more expensive item on 09.12.2021 (€499.00) which I refused due to my limited budget and therefore decided to cancel my order and obtain a refund within the legal timeframe.

The detailed follow-up of my order shows that my decision was taken into account on 10.12.2021.

You replied to me on 10.12.2021 that you have initiated the refund procedure, telling me that it will be completed within 14 days of cancellation which hasn't happened until now!

I request an immediate refund with proof of the refund transaction to be sent to me if your comment on my previous review about my refund being processed is true!

This company are nothing but scam artists, I brought a Logitech g923 wheel from them costing around £300 and they sent me a wheel from an unknown make that cost around £75, I asked for my money to be returned and they offered me 100 euros compensation but no refund of my money, they now ignore my emails, I would never go anywhere near these scam artists and advise anyone else not to either, very poor company.

If I could have left 0 stars, I would have. This is a scam website. I only used it as it appeared as a google shopping link, which I thought could be trusted…unfortunately I was wrong.
They have taken €400 for an iPad which they have not delivered. They do not answer social media messages, emails or phone calls. Their phone line cuts off while you’re supposedly on hold.
I will be reporting them everywhere I can and use the police and a private detective to track them down so they can’t do this to more people. They can’t be allowed to get away with it. Horrible people.

you are only responding to reviews in the same manner in the hope of trying to look like you are a real company. The truth is you are it.
You have my order number by email. Following this review you have finally replied to my emails in an attempt to fob me off. First you tell me that the item is out of stock, which we both know is untrue. I then requested a refund which I was told was not possible due to a technical error, which we also both know is untrue.
AGAIN, BEWARE: THIS WEBSITE IS A SCAM!!!

Further update (21 Feb 2022): they commented below that the item has been dispatched - to not be fooled, they only wrote comments in order for it to look like they are trying to address the problem and that they are a real company. They are neither. Since I wrote the review they have been asking me to delete it.
They told me the item has been dispatched by dhl (which I didn’t believe for a second). The tracking number is not recognized by the dhl system and I have not received an email from dhl to say they have the parcel.
All this fake company does at each stage is lie and try to fob you off in hope you will give up. I will not. And neither should you.

Ordered a Nintendo switch on the 1st of December and it still hasn’t arrived, do not reply to emails and when I call up I’m on hold for several minutes then hung up on

ALERT SCAM SITE DO NOT PURCHASE

I bought ghost of tshushima for the playstation 4 in october of 2020, I was repeatedly led on as the company claimed to be having shipping issues. Chirstmas passed and I never got my package. I am now trying to get a refund for over a month.

These people are unprofessional scam artists. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM YOU WILL NOT GET YOUR PRODUCT AND WONT GET YOUR REFUND

Hi, I have ordered a phone from this site last year in May and unfortunately they didn't send it, I have asked a refund but they refuse to send it.Until now I haven't received it,after almost an year.

Liars, lie about the emails, don't reply for weeks, then stall and lie as to why they haven't shipped a ps5 game for literally no reason. Going through my bank to recover the funds.
EDIT: They also magically responded to my trustpilot review after a couple of hours, whilst ignoring emails DIRECT to their company for days/weeks. They are liars. My bank is dealing with it, having submitted payment records, as well as records of all my dated (ignored) correspondence with them

Don't buy at this website! I don't think anybody gets what he orders.

I bought a PlayStation 5 in February 2021, because it was the only website where the PS5 was available and they guaranteed it to be shipped whithin a month or something, I don't remember. So I was naive enough to believe what was written on the website (shame on me).

After a few weeks the PS5 wasn't shipped and everytime I asked the support they had a new reason for the delay. To be fair, the shortage of the PS5 lasts till now. Nervertheless I cancelled the order after 2 month of waiting.

Since that, I'm waiting to get my money back. Almost a year now. I asked them severall times why this takes so long. One time there is a delay in refunds, the other time there is a shortage of people in the administration. Everytime I asked there is a new excuse.

I don't think I will see my money ever again.

If you see the rating here on Trustpilot and ask yourself "so why are there just a few negative comments?"
After you give a negative rating, they contact you and promise to hurry up if you delete the negative rating.
Spoiler: they don't hurry up.

I bought a Samsung TV. I waited over 2 months for delivery. The TV set came completely ruined. Broken screen. After writing the complaint, the customer service stopped contacting me. Don't buy anything at ESDORADO or you will lose your money.

I have bought Samsung A12, within delivery fees, I almost paid 137.50 euro. Still there is no information about my packet. Where is it? I have truly no idea. It says in 7 days will reach to my address. But it has been for one week. Please refund me immediately!

Awful company 1 star is too much ordered an xbox in December, they have stated it was dispatched, goods never arrived, now not responding to my emails, phone line cuts you off after 2minutes waiting, DO NOT buy from this company your money will disappear

Following our previous review:

We bought a Nintendo Switch in december 2019. Never received. We politely asked for a refund. They told us to wait and wait for almost 1 year and a half (!). We never got refunded.

So we used the European Consumer Centres Network to file a complaint agains them to get back our money, Esdorado rejected the complaint.

So, to this day, they still have our money and refuse to refund us.

This is pure fraud. Stay away from this website.

Edit 04/01/2022 : As usual, Esdorado sent us an email saying "that if we wished a fast refund, we have to remove the negative comment".

That's how they work. It's been 2 years since we have been waiting for a refund, and they blackmail us. We won't remove our negative commentary.

Esdorado is asking me "my order number to get a refund". We exchanged dozens of emails. You have my order number, i gave it to you, again, yesterday. You have my bank account informations for the refund. You have all the informations you need to refund us so let's stop playing this little game.

So they can refund us, but won't. Pure blackmailing and scamming.

Ordered my son's Christmas present on 24th November. Product 'shipped' 15th December (7-15 days according to website). Chased multiple times only to receive nonsense replies. This company has ruined Christmas for my son(in terms of presents). Absolutely shameful and inexcusable. Please please please do not contemplate dealing with these jokers. I'm done negotiating with these clowns and am now forced to leave in the hands of my bank. AVOID! ONE STAR IS FAR TOO GENEROUS!!!!

A horrible experience which I wouldn't want to my worst enemy. First they were stalling me for 3 weeks telling me that my phone is on the way, until they eventually told me that they don't have that model in stock and that I can order some other model in the same price range. So I decided to cancel the order and now they are stalling me for a month with my money.

All in all don't even bother to look at their site.

DO NOT USE ESDORADOI!! I'd read a lot of positive reviews before I placed the order for a Samsung TV. Delivery was due to be within 7 days. After numerous false delivery dates communicated (product wasn't even in the country). A TV arrived 3 weeks late - it was not the TV I ordered. A Zephir box that was in poor condition arrived. After highlighting this and requesting the correct product be sent I was told they sold out so sent this instead and was offered €35 to keep it. After refusing and requesting a collection of the wrong product again I was told I would have to ship it back to them or sell it to a friend! They delivered the wrong product and on all the chasing I did never mentioned they wee sending somehthing different. I'ce reported them to Barclaycard!

Ordered a phone on the 26th November. 21 days later and it hasn't shipped. I've instructed them to cancel the order as they promise DELIVERY in 7-15 working days and this hasn't even shipped yet.
I can't say for certain that this is a swindle but it is very poor service and I'd rather pay more and deal with a more professional trader.

I've just received a somewhat sinister email INSTRUCTING me to delete this review.

Also... note that all the good reviews for this website are from supposed customers with only one review (something typically associated with fake reviews) whereas the complaints tend to be from users with multiple reviews.

Great company but the game that I ordered was for the wrong machine, I tried calling the company but I can't get an answer. Where address do I use to send back my order

Yet another update on this saga.
A TV has finally arrived 7 weeks later, only to be the wrong model FFS. I can`t write on here what I fell about this company.

WRDTZICZV. Once again a great experience with Esdorado. My family are regular buyers so I didn’t hesitate to order. Unfortunately at this time my product was unavailable in time but the Esdorado team have been professional an prompt and are in the process of issuing my refund.
